Would these be a good buy to replace my factory fitted c1 dash speakers?

Hi mate, i know this is an old video but wondered if you could help. I think my touch screen needs recalibrating but I can’t click on the settings icon because it’s pressing somewhere else on the screen. Is there another way to access settings or the touch screen calibration?

I wanted to do the update but it didn't and the screen remained saying that the update was not successful ( avic f860bt ), pressing the Reset key (even more than a minute) nothing happens, I tried to disconnect and reconnect the car battery but the screen is always the same, what do you advise me to do?
