Going to try to make a brisket out of it. DONE MADE EXCELLENT STEAKS 🥩🥩 OUT OF IT > But i had to tenderize it 1st, to make it tender. I can see the fat working, cause the London Broil is dry like. There not much juices in it.. What is a brisket made of? MOSTLY FAT

excellent cook sir. i do mine similar. first i stab it with a multi pin/knife tenderizer thingy. salt/dry brine overnight. season with fresh pepper same as you but i also add montreal steak seasoning. at the wrap i add some tallow. granted not as good as brisket but damn good enough for the price difference. nice job. cheers.

Wow!! Outstanding!!! Now you have made me go through my memory banks on recipes on beef shanks. I have one that's tomato based a recipe from the Philippines. It's a beef stew basically with of course tomato sauce, Romano tomatoes, garlic, onions, bell peppers, and potatoes. Spices are salt, pepper, and paprika.
