Thanks for this video. I have tried it, and it works, but I am stuck when I try to set macros for countries with multiple names, e.g. South Africa and the Central African Republic. It keeps showing me errors when I use the VBA functions. I would appreciate your suggestions on moving forward.

How do you configure the country borders in the map? When you click on a country, the name comes up, but now does Excel know what the country borders look like?

Really amazing way to explain and create everything. However, there are some downsides of what was created... For example, the Avg First Contact Resolution rate bar colours depend on the top/bottom value... E.G, in example, Sales enquiry is highest and gets blue, however, if Bug would be highest, then it would be blue (at least this is my assumption coming from the colours and the values for each category)... I also think that the star colour can be made dependent on the score, and hence, you would not need to order 1-2-3 based on the score, but it would actually be like in the dashboard... Especially since the ordering is not done based on "satisfaction" but number of solved... So, some improvements can be done, but is is a great start...
