@grizelda1986: hehehe yup. There was a commercial that came out a year or two ago in February in Lent that featured this very rubber fish singing that song. I guess it was so popular that they marketed it for retail... ;)

@gwillo1 If you can do better, let's see it. Put up or keep your mouth shut. Anyone can brag, few can perform. the fact that PRR can still draw crowds and make a few bucks after this many years speaks volumes over what anyone says who cannot do the same.

I love the fact that they didn't "modernize" their music with wild distorted guitar solos and simplified arrangements like Steppenwolf did. The Raiders' music sounds almost exactly the same as it does on the records - and that is quite a feat in itself.

@Barry7777777 oh hell yes. i saw sir maca this summer, and while he was Great. his voice was not the same as when he was with The Beatles.

No chance of Mark returning, as much as we all want. I would be happy to see them in any environment.

Have mercy, people. Very few singers can sound great live. Sure, when you're at the concert stoned out of your brain and have extreme volume to cover up flat notes - but just about any great band sounds like this under the same circumstances. You've been watching too many lip syncs - this is the real thing. He does sound strained, but no more than anyone else in the middle of a tour.

If you'd see them in person, I think you'd like it much better. Could the camera be any further away? I barely recognize Ron Foos (bass) and Doug Heath (guitar), but I think the singer is Darren Medley (son of Bill Medley, Righteous Brother) at this point in time. He does a better job today. Carl Driggs did the lead singing for about 30 years after Mark Lindsay departed. But this isn't Carl.

That's awesome! Me and my family are going back this year, but we're going to see Davey Jones this time :)
