Can this process be used for multilayer pcb manufacturing?
Why didn't you use soft lithography technique to engrave the circuit like using a stamp after curing pdms? You did it manually but why? In industries do we do stuffs manually?

Please assist me with part 2 as in displaying the printed thin film electrode arrays with traces (metal lines) asap🙏
You need to use positive photoresist which are usually washable using acetone. Make the mold and then sputter with the metal. Then wash away photoresist with acetone. Don't use SU8 as it is difficult to remove.
What is the total volume of pdms+curing agent is required to be poured for fabrication of a biology slide size pdms chip? I get it that both the elastomer and the curing agent is required to be mixed in 10:1 ration but what is the volume required?
Sorry for late reply. For a slide, you can use around 5 ml.
