    There was no need to do this. In the end, annuitants and workers are paying more. Too few choices compared to FEHB regardless of what the zoom meeting leaders try to color it. My insurance co said it was not beneficial to come over due to the pool size.

    For those of us who did not enroll in Medicare part B when we retired, what is the advantage of enrolling now under the new PSHB ?

      You don’t get the penalty for late sign up. You have till 12/31 to change your mind. I feel they threw employees and annuitants under the bus. Way fewer choices and more costly than FEHB. The bigger question is what happens in 2026.

    Please correct me if I'm wrong.. So I can suspend FEHB or PSHB, enroll in medicare part B and sign up for Senior Advantage Plan at Kaiser. This will cover my family's medical needs.
