    Hello sensei Can You Tell me How to improve fast in anatomy and how to draw anatomy like you Iam A beginner

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad Час назад

      Hey! If you are a beginner, the most commonly used method is to break down the human body into simple shapes. It is not necessary at first to try at all costs to reproduce it in the smallest details but rather to identify the general shape and posture. To my knowledge, there is no quick method and then, everything also depends on your own abilities, the time you can devote to it, your regularity in practice and above all, your motivation in the long term which must be foolproof. So, patience is not an option. Otherwise, being in self-training myself, I am not able to give lessons even if I have acquired a certain level of knowledge over the years and more recently, through daily practice. It is therefore better to turn to other RUclipsrs who deal with this subject much better than me. Good luck!

      Everything? That's too vague, and it takes years to master anatomy... mainly through practice. But in the first instance, it's not necessary to study anatomy, but make sure you have a solid grounding in drawing and in particular observation, which is the key to progress. If you develop your sense of observation, then studying anatomy will be more fruitful, otherwise it's like putting the ox before the cart.

      When you start drawing lessons, you'll be asked to make regular, if not daily, observational sketches. If you can draw well in 2D what you see in 3D, then drawing a human body will seem much simpler. Learning to observe is a constant exercise, even when you've reached a very good level.

      Be careful, I don't draw raw bodies with bare muscles. Currently, I draw a lot of clothed characters so it's inappropriate to talk about anatomy. I know anatomy in a way that's useful, but to tell you the names of all the muscles, I'm almost as ignorant as you. Regarding the number of hours, I try to draw as much as possible, currently, it's about 6 to 12 hours a day if I can. And finally, it's not necessary to draw like a Stakhanovist or like Kim Jung Gi who did 12 hours a day for years. You have to know how to take breaks, relax to last the duration and be efficient. Don't forget to sleep your quota of hours, eat healthy and balanced and do sports. And also, have fun. The proof is that I publish gaming videos on this channel from time to time. Because in the end, drawing is not an end in itself for me but a means to realize my other professional projects like drawing a manga or developing a video game. In short, it's up to you to test and find the rhythm that suits you according to your constraints and your motivation.

    You don't like filling the base layer with the paint bucket first? CSP has a gap closing feature, which should prevent leaks. Another option to get a quick base layer is to select with a magic wand outside of the character, invert the selection, and then fill with the bucket. I'm not sure how much the video is sped up, but your workflow looks efficient anyway 🙂

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad 3 дня назад

      You're welcome. I've changed a few things in my recent sketching sessions. As you can see from this video, I'm no longer trying to draw a clean line, but rather a line that's as accurate as possible, focusing on drawing a clear, coherent structure with harmonious proportions. Having a beautiful and stylish drawing is secondary, even if it remains an important criterion that I try to validate with each drawing. In short, you shouldn't hesitate to let go and take advantage of sketching sessions to make mistakes and experiment with new techniques or methodologies. Stepping out of your comfort zone on a regular basis also helps you to progress. Don't give up, you'll make progress. Keep up the good work!

    • @yavnrh
      @yavnrh 3 дня назад

      The struggle is normal until you reach a certain proficiency. My suggestion is to study simplified body proportions (not necessarily "real" anatomy, just an approximation), and really be sure how everything should be constructed. Going from rough sketch in a few steps is important, as is shown in the video here. I recommend watching LinesSensei lessons on YT, then adapting the fundamentals to your preferred style.

      @aelyciad 4 дня назад

      Hey! I tackled dressed characters. Drawing them correctly requires a more adapted methodology than the one I used until now to draw naked or scantily clad characters. So as you can see, I start by building the naked bodies with a thick gray pencil (30px). Then, still with the same pencil, I draw the clothes. Finally, I tackle the details with a black pencil with a thinner lead (10px) without worrying about the cleanliness of my line. What matters to me is to respect the structure of the model, its proportions and to pay attention to the character of my line which must not be lazy or monotonous by trying to chain the curves and angles with a natural and organic rhythm.

      @nimaongelsherpa3319 4 дня назад

      I do use pininterest for drawing but when I try to draw a body it always becomes so bad that I get demotivated. Also drawing hands is so hard too.

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad 4 дня назад

      Hey! Thank you for your messages. Whether it's digital or on paper, it's important to start by making schematic constructions. For example, for a character, you need to break it down into simple geometric shapes that will serve as a guide. It's also at this stage that you need to pay attention to the proportions between the shapes. On paper, we traditionally use a hard H-type pencil to build. We then switch to HB, for example, to produce a more detailed sketch. That's what you can see in this video, where I've tried to rationalise a method for dealing with complex scenes and producing coherent drawings. Before you start drawing, put down your pencil and look carefully at your model. Try to imagine the steps in your mind. If everything is almost clear, then you can start drawing. Over time, everything will go more quickly and you'll even be able to do without certain constructions.

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad 4 дня назад

      Getting the body right can take years. So you need to be patient and go at your own pace, drawing regularly. Drawing hands correctly is a good indicator of your level of mastery of character drawing. So don't worry too much about it. The human body is very complex, so to do things properly you need to study its anatomy seriously. But that's obviously not enough. Understanding anatomy is a plus, but observing real models is essential. Anatomy is best studied in parallel as you go along, or when you really want to delve into a particular area of the human body. The study of the human body can be broken down into several parts that need to be tackled in turn, avoiding staying in your comfort zone. The first few times are generally difficult and can produce mediocre results, depending on your own abilities. But you shouldn't be too quick to throw out any sketches you fail to produce. On the contrary, you shouldn't be afraid to study them carefully and try to be self-critical. For example, what's wrong with my drawing? What can I do to correct it? How do other people do it? If you can explain your mistakes, then you've already taken a big step forward.

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad 4 дня назад

      Generally speaking, the most important quality for a designer is to develop his sense of observation. To observe is to describe what we see so as to be able to reproduce it with an attractive style, if not faithful. It may be necessary to do some schematization work to understand the complexity of the model or scene. Then, depending on the subject studied, it may be very useful to acquire theoretical knowledge such as anatomy, perspective, color theory, rules of composition, etc. in order to validate his observations and move on to the next step, that of being able to draw consistently without a model. Finally, since no one is supposed to know everything, it is also necessary to take the time to document oneself or even study the work of others, in order to question oneself beneficially. In any case, one should not get discouraged and taking breaks to step back, take stock and clearly define the next priority actions is sometimes or even often necessary. Good luck!

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad 4 дня назад

      Hey! In the beginning I used artworks, but now I mainly use photos gleaned from the Internet. This forces me to do a lot of analysis and artistic interpretation. 2 advantages: firstly, you get to practise on a reliable reference that's not simplified or biased. Secondly, to practise creating original works by thinking about a productive and effective methodology. I also use AI-generated images, but the approach remains broadly the same, especially as these images still have a number of flaws, particularly in the hands or because of the overabundance of detail, which leads to absurdities. Otherwise, as I'm trying to assimilate the manga style, the artworks serve mainly as a stylistic reference. And I use Pinterest quite a lot to build up a library of images, as well as Pixiv. When I draw poses from a model, I also try to be creative so that I don't copy stupidly, but above all so that I don't get bored. In all cases, memory is also called upon, either because the image is incomplete, or because I change elements of the reference image. I've included exercises to exercise my imagination further, such as character design and artworks.

      Hey! Thanks for your message. Some people will take longer, but with perseverance you can achieve a result you're happy with, because the most important thing is to enjoy yourself. At the moment, I consider myself to be a long way from the professionals and I'd like to reach that level as soon as possible, but you have to be patient and keep working relentlessly, even if it sometimes feels like you're treading water.

      Hi, I'm sorry if you've come across a video that “shocked” you with nude drawing, which is mainly artistic drawing from a drawing manual and not erotic (no pornographic poses in particular). What's more, these videos are clearly not recommended for children in the options. And it's not all nude if you look at the other ART videos. If these videos don't suit you, please activate the “do not recommend this channel” option. Have a nice day! ;)

      @@aelyciad it's ok no need to sorry,but there's a big problem, The children below the age of 10 and under have their parents phone ,and if they are just scrolling through yt they might come across this,idk what to do about that but that's something yt has to fix

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad 16 дней назад

      In principle, parents should not let their children play with their own phones, or they should seriously and carefully limit access to certain sites or content. If it's just for watching videos, a tablet would be more appropriate and, in general, parental protection options or software are available to control access and limit time. Perhaps you should find out what options are available, as there are plenty of videos on RUclips that border on pornography without ever crossing the red line. This is the trend, or even the openly encouraged trend, that is taking shape on all social networks.

      Thank you very much! To answer your question in a few words, I drew a lot in high school to prepare for art and animation school competitions. Unfortunately, as fate would have it, I became a computer engineer and stopped drawing for over 20 years. Fate knocked on my door again this summer and told me: the dreamer must wake up. Get up, pick up your pencil , your brush and draw relentlessly to realize your childhood dream. So I handed in my resignation and resumed drawing in the first video I posted here, which corresponds to my level over 20 years ago: ruclips.net/video/yMuuWPR6bDY/видео.html

      It's true that being good at drawing helps a lot, but it doesn't mean we don't need to practice a lot and constantly challenge ourselves to make progress. I still make mistakes, but I'm doing everything I can to avoid repeating them. It's not always easy, but you have to persevere!

      @@aelyciad yeah experts make mistakes too but thing is its mistake no one would spot from comsumer audience like me lol... if i make mistake its catastropical one which even normal or expert sees. Sometimes its art to itself to well hide mistakes... so its giving me strong headache when i see myself failing constantly do something correctly

    • @aelyciad
      @aelyciad 23 дня назад

      @@miraakyt9640 I see. Rather than constantly trying to hide your mistakes, wouldn't it be better to put down the pencil and do some in-depth self-critical work? What is the nature of my error? How do others, such as professionals, remedy them? How can I, at my own level, remedy the situation? What steps do I need to take to achieve this? When a mistake recurs to the point of becoming more than annoying, or even blocking, this is the kind of step I take to keep moving forward.

      @aelyciad sometimes i do but i feel like i am just slow learner on that regard because there i mistakes i can see and trying to fix but as a very begginer kind of person i think i am missing lot of mistakes because maybe i don't see them... even when I am showing it to my friends, it's hard to work out when I feel like I overgrowth them in art (I am not trying to put them down ) so I am posting it now online on pixiv and twitter but looks like it's so bad even people who would normaly criticise become silent haha.

      Thank you! As the exercise was limited to 2 hours, I wasn't able to finish the coloring. In particular, the addition of specular, backlighting, reflex lights, shading, blending, etc. were all missing. What's more, the drawing was executed as quickly as possible and without clean-up. In short, it would actually be more complicated and time-consuming to achieve a better result. I need to practice more to master all the subtleties of coloring and be faster.
