Ravens remember people who are good to them and repay by bringing gifts. I believe they and or crows also let others of their kind know. If fed they may also remind you its feeding time - in one instance i read, by doing a dance with grass in their beaks to drop the hint.

Do you have any experience with maternal incubation?

This will be very helpful for me as have recently bought my first ball python and am picking her up next week… I have had snakes put onto me by other people but never picked one up myself so this was really informative and will be great as I want to be able to handle my snake when I get her.

I just got my first ball python a few weeks ago but when I hold him he’s very active and wants to get out of my hands”not defensive at all” is it normal for them wanting to move or get out of my hands?
