china southern is not a budget airline, it is one of the 3 major airlines in china, and yes in china they always serve food regardless of the flight duration, domestic or international, and check in luggage is always free regardless of cabin class you book. airplane industry in asia is generally viewed as a type of customer service industry rather than solely the means of transportation. so unlike the US, airline service is generally better in asia.

Wanted to know was the jacuzzi/spa working well and was the room clean? I read in few reviews that it didn't work and the room was not clean and all.
