This is how I feel. I've socially isolated myself from everyone I know (With their knowledge) almost like a hermit. It feels like fasting because I thrive off of social interaction, but this is my journey to spend my time with God. To get closer to Him. To finally finish the chapter I started in November 2022. I'm only 15, but I know which direction I want to go. I've already suffered so much. I've laughed just as much as I've cried. I've felt ecstasy as much as I've felt despondency. And I've neared so close to life.. as much as I was un-metaphorically close to my own death. When it's all said and done, I always find myself crawling back to God, brutal and battered. I understand now, and I know what I need to do.

Being a woman is a curse. It’s a punishment. What did I do. What did we do? Why are we created like this? I feel disgusting. I feel disgusted to be in my own body. Seeing how women are sexualized, how they are objectified makes me disgusted to be in my body. I’d destroy my body if I could. I’d do it so no one else can. I want to be strong, but i’ll never be as strong as a man, because of my sex. It’s not fair. Why? What did I do? Why can’t I be something different. Why can’t I something more than just a body to people. Why can’t I be strong? Why can’t I be protective? Why can’t I be seen as dominant? I want to rip myself apart. I want to destroy any signs of me being a woman. I want to ruin everything that men say they like on women’s bodies. What did we do to deserve this? I rather be dead than to be this way. Being a woman feels like prison. It really is a curse. Always depicted, drawn, shown, represented as submissive (sexually and generally), weak, innocent, cute…. it’s disgusting. Men have cool characters to represent them in games or movies…. all we get is the fan service, over sexualized, objectified, little “innocent and submissive 🥺” characters. Why can’t I have muscle? Why can’t I be the hero? Why can’t I be the protector? Why can’t I be the knight? Why can’t I be the king? Why can’t I be the “all powerful” one? Why can’t I be anything other than fan service? I hate being a woman. I hate it so much. I’d rather be dead than be this way. I’d rather be dead.

Take a breath brothers, for it is in our nature to find the light even within the darkness. I have faced some horrible dark times and I will soon face much worse ahead... but today it is my choice to smile, feel the wind in the air and live for the loved ones I have lost. Take the echoes of their love and demonstrate it for others so that even when your light goes out, their love will never be forgotten. Remember we don't exist for very long, so make sure every moment counts. WE ARE ALIVE!! WHAT A MIRACLE!!
