Try swap it for something less harmful and if possible provide funds for this and lodging so she can be in a 'normal' safe home and adjust then start to think about changing from a drug to something more affordable and less harmful like green or shrooms things that you can make yourself the process is good too as learning to care for a plant or fungi can be beneficial in giving someone a reason to get up they need to to look after the thing that makes them feel better, also removes the reliance on the system and encourages independence confidence self reliance etc. Just remember 'drugs' is a loaded word they arent all bad Drugs is just a manipulative word think of it as medicine the words are equal when the attatched emotion from years of propaganda is removed.. A Dr prescribing a lifetimes medication isnt considered 'dependancy' though and tbh methadone is a lot lot more harmful than H but its profitable and reduces willpower drive and physical fitness badly putting previously highly motivated people out of action ("Liquid Handcuffs" is no joke it has a longer worse withdrawal too so anyone who struggles to stop H definitely wont wanna be sick twice as long) With a good teacher (or enough self guinea pigging) to learn how things change you most people can benefit from a responsible use of substances(think caffeine nicotine melatonin etc. The 'drug' ones were just as acceptable under a century ago) theres no real 'bad' substance.. its important to make sure one is learning to use them wisely and for benefit without binges or losing control though, and this can be very hard to learn in an unstable environment while trying to scrape together money every day, the uncertainty or thought of running out or stopping can trigger a response identical to a withdrawal even if you just dosed.. Hence my recommending providing a place and funds so she doesnt have to withdraw forcedly, its hard enough to think about such huge life choices without a bad chemical imbalance messing with your thoughts and emotions, trying to feel like a normal functional person taking regular doses just to keep stable until shes ready to hopefully transition to something less psychologically damaging.. Sobriety shouldnt be the main desired outcome, a happy stable medicated life is ok too you just need to understand you have the right to self medicate and decide for yourself if taking something is ok, just because we are told from birth only a Dr can allow you to medicate and any unallowed use is drugs most people cant help but think this way.. This crazy nonsense view is considered 'normal' when really with just a very small amount of teaching just a handful of lessons and us of course having access to existing medical texts/online resourcesto apply this understanding to... we would easily within a month of classes all be much more successful at self diagnosing and medicating than any modern Dr (few reasons this isnt allowed such as: not as profitable/exploitable when theres an informed consumer vs a captive patient, it would stop abuse of patent laws to control the market and stops lies about efficacy and side effects, AND drs used to self test new stuff but after all the experts agreed mdma increased intelligence the practice of Drs and chemists having 1st hand experience was phased out so instead they could be told anything and theyd believe it and repeat it to their patients with no chance of experts telling their 1st hand experiences to the contrary of the official narrative ever again..) i hope this helps in some way i wish i could help more i dont really get notifications but il try check back here..
