Over 20 babies hatched from the first attempt at incubating poultry. A cute mixture of turkeys, with Brahma/Lakenvelder/Wyandotte chicks. One little chick had a bad leg that had to be tied together for a few days until it straightened out. The sheep began foraging through the woods for their Spring food and expanding into their Summer pasture.

Supper somehow became injured on his run up to his breakfast. He's doing great now. We got some of the sheep sheared, and welcomed two litters of rabbits to the farm. Incubated eggs are starting to have movement. High: 4.2°C Low: -2.6°C

A weasel approached my rabbits, and a coyote approached my sheep on the same day and both with me standing nearby. Time to bulk up the security around here. High: 15.1°C Low: 0.9°C

I see at the end of the video that there is smoke between the trees. How are you and all the animals doing? Now there are so many/ big forest fires in Canada that the news reaches all the way to Norway. Really hope you are ok..
Thank you for checking on us! Lots of fires here in the last month. Very hot and dry weather. Today we are getting lots of rain and the fire closest to us has been put out.

@@wildandwoolly Yeah they've been testing the electric fence hard! I've got a video coming up soon with them escaping almost every other day. Grass is always greener on the other side of the electric fence 😅
