Nice work. I love the craftsmanship. Only drawback I see is the sheer weight of all that 3/4 plywood. Have you weighed the van to check your gross vehicle weight and do you think you could have done the build in 1/2 inch.

Put small plastic bag around the fan, secure with an elastic band? Before cleaning.
