I feel the same way, I have to take antidepressants and my brain keeps telling me not to for some reason so I have been taking one every two days instead of one a day. My mum keeps telling me to ask about upping my prescription and I hate it.
It's your body. Keep listening to it; you know it better than your mother.
Update: I stopped taking them without telling my doctor :D

I understand the struggle, man. But make sure you keep taking those antidepressants. They'll keep you alive. It worked for me. Don't skip a day on them. The chemical imbalance in your brain will REALLY mess you up. Again, speaking from personal experience here.
