there is another operator exoskeleton suit somewhat earlier in the game, before pripyat in the burned forest. i believe i got it after completing one of the X lab missions. not X-3, that one gives the regular "exoskeleton"

EASIER WAY TO DO THIS Carry along the train towards Vaniv station alongside the train, on one of the carriages you'll see a padlock, shoot it open and inside is a 100% durability spas12 shotgun. As you leave the carriage stand on the concrete big slab things and jump over to the fence on your left, you'll know it's the right one because one end of the fence collapses and the other end bends towards the train, run and jump from the fence to the the end of the green carriage next to the loot carriage. Once you are on the ledge look in the middle of the 3 barbed wire pieces and then jump, it'll vault over and now you are in Jupiter. The barbed wire will cut you but just bandage up If you want to get back to other zones just fast travel from a safe zone. How this helps yall :)
