I'm looking for footage, photos, stories etc of the Anchorage Alaska KTVA 1965-66 Romper Room
This film was taken in 1952 at our home just outside of Madison Indiana. Our home, purchased in 1950, faced the Ohio River. However the farm land below was sold to IKE and became a power plant.
What is the context of this game?
I was 7 in Boca Raton in 1972. Good times. Coppertone and HotWheels.
Thanks for sharing Wonder History....
A nice SIMCA Aronde P60!
This is fantastic! That’s my grandfather flying the yellow Tiger Moth. He was probably flying most of these planes in the video actually. So glad this is here!
Class 3 compulsory and the first class of when you could do optionals...I'm turning 54 in a couple of weeks and just as I classed up to 3 the routines changed...I started high school at 13y/o and it was all optionals from there. We didn't have a spring floor and had to pull the entire floor mat out and put it away every practice except summers (for ALL the equipment) 3 days/week until you made the high school team but we thought it was awesome when the day the airboard arrived 😅
My body still goes into fits doing this floor routine...I call it gymnastics tourette's 😅
Love it !
Even though this was before my time, I could feel the heat and humidity AND chill while watching this . Thanks for sharing
Was this filmed with a potato?
Omg gymnastics has sure changed since then. It looks harder than now.
Thank you for the vido. I have some old video footage from 1982. We were at the hermitage landing campground and we were cable waterski'ing. Also they had a concert on the floating stage with "Jimmie Dean", The Mandrel sisters and also Jerry Reed. There was a local band playing there too named "Dillinger" who I thought was very good never knew if they made it bigger.
I’m 57 ___ I did these routines. I am a gymnastics coach … have been for 37 years… so fun to see them again!
Reminds me of rhe raft the boy uses right before lunch with jaws. Navarre beach is about 22 miles from pier to pier and some of jaws was shot at Navarre.
Thank you for this video. I too went there many a moon ago.
Doggy Style at 11:20
Drop Trou at 3:40
tell us when you filmed this what day what year
This is the Grey Pope who controls the whole world.
Love this
Almost killed the neighbor girl with that thing. Fun but kind of dangerous.
It’s 1976, because the pink panther was on the cootie toy float in 1976.
My Dad Hector served on the Kootenay around 1967
Show video of the Sally's efforts. Show video of the salvage efforts of the Sydney East myth.
The guy in the blue jeans is using the Moe Norman baseball grip.
WOW, Port Everglades FEDERICO C, STELLA MARIS?? And FAIRWIND or FAIRSEA. San Juan, PR WOW the QUEEN ANNA MARIA later to the CARNIVALE. OLYMPIA would later be the REGAL EMPRESS, THE VICTORIA or REGINA.
Who is that at 7:20?
Can you put Rosanne Cash's 1981 hit "Seven Year Ache" to accompany the footage?👍
Thanks for posting. It was a long time ago, but not a lifetime. My godfather was First Mate on the Evans until a month or so prior to the collision. Nice to miss that day.

We had one of those in our backyard - thx Dad ❤❤❤
Anybody with a "good quality" videotape excerpt (with sound) ? This mute purplish film is of little value, unfortunately...
Last night I was doing this routine in my dream( 40 years later!!) Haha I woke up and was trying to remember it exactly and here it is! Thank you for posting!
What a treat! Thanks for posting, your Dad looked like a good player. I see Mike Souchak, Peter Thomson, Ben Hogan, George Bayer, Jimmy Demaret, Lloyd Mangrum, Cary Middlecoff, Paul Runyan.
Hi Guys, I played in this game with all my buddies, Frank (Catfish) Boyd, Lloyd Hetrick, Robin Ash, Billy Robinson, and so many others. Once in a life time memories. And my eternal thanks to whoever posted this video. You really made an 'Old Ags day.
Guys, I played on this team and at our 50th Year Celebration of Lacrosse at Texas A&M it was just incredible to see all my old team mates. Dave Gruber, Coach Tony, Frank (Catfish) Boyd, Lloyd Hetrick, Robin Ash, Richard Randolph, Bill Robinson, Kurtis Krueger, Jeff Cano, and so many others. Guys I can't describe the memories that came flooding back to me when I saw everyone again. These were all once in a life time experiences. God Bless every one of ya.
Жіночка в червоному платті, в якої нема білої пов'язки ,то жінка про яку я все врем'я мріяв.🥰🌹💐🌷👍
This footage was taken by my grandpa. He still has the camera he took the footage with and actually played it for me on his projector screen with the original tape way back in the day! I absolutely loved it and I recently asked if he could show me again and mentioned that it was on RUclips Thank you all for showing an interest in this tape, and sharing the timeframe of the tours that you all have taken on this ship my grandpa once manned A little fun fact at 2:42 my grandpa zooms in on two ladies in white with a baby. The lady on the left was my great grandma (my grandpas mom) and on the right is my grandma holding my oldest uncle! Thank you all again for your service and hope to see more comments and stories in the future
I always enjoy these family Christmas videos from the 1960s. I was born in 1958 and it brings back nice childhood memories. TY
Who's the guy in the orange shirt?
That’s Gene Littler.
