De kan ikke spille på deres instrumenter, og selvom genren punk ofte lægger op til, at man ikke behøver at være en verdensklassemusiker, er der et kæmpe krav til, at man i det mindste har sin egen personlighed med ind over. Det har Elias og tøsedrengene, wannabesne, de påtagede halvtalenter ingenlunde. Hipstere i forklædning, som aldrig vil karakteriseres som et rigtigt punkband.
