This clip is a follow up on a discussion on Reddit about how multiplayer would be fun in current HighFleet.......it would not be. With a 6-10k worth low budget modded ship any match could be dominated, any million bucks worth gigacruiser could be raped.

I modded back the cut 300mm gun caliber and created a unique triple barrel artillery gun. However it has no available special ammo, only the default HE.

Highfleet: AK-130 Twin-barrel and Phalanx CIWS custom gun tests

I created two custom guns, one is a 130mm AK-130 twin-barrel, it has a 6 round clip and higher power and ammo need than the regular 130mm D-80. The Phalanx CIWS is a substitute for the 37mm CIWS with a little higher rate of fire and a 60 round clip instead of the 50, however it has a slower reload and higher power need to compensate. The test craft is unmodded otherwise.

Remember WW2 Warships had guns with Caliber upto 410mm and there were plans for guns to go up to 457mm (british) or 510mm (Germans). So yes, the 300mm in high fleet is considered "light artillery" irl.

@@Lucas-sr1sq Basicaly the world of HighFleet is one of many worlds in the "chain of worlds". The result of interstellar expansion that humanity started 1000s years ago. During the war with aliens they started to destroy gates between worlds and because worlds were connected in chains some of the worlds and entire chains have become isolated from each other. Events of Highfleet and Hammerfight take place on one of the isolated worlds (planets).
