We believe that healing happens through connection. As relationship therapists, we help our clients connect with what's most important: partners, family, community, culture, faith, and our relationship with ourselves.
We are located in Mississauga and Guelph (Ontario, Canada), and we also offer therapy remotely via phone or video.
Additionally, our founder Justin the Therapist is a professional public speaker and gives talks regularly on a variety of mental health topics.
