If things don't work out at all on the o line, then the hire would be one and done if it lasted a year at all. Coach Prime isn't playing around at all. However, when Coach Prime had his pick, he should have personally notified the other candidates and not leave anyone hanging by their balls.

Kaidon Salter is 3x better QB than Shedeur. 80% of Shedeur's passes were for 10yrds or less (screens, digs and cross routes) to pad his stats for the NFL draft. Travis and Wester getting YAC and adjusting to under-thrown deep balls padded his stats. Kaidon is more elusive, has a stronger arm for deep routes and can process and go through progressions more consistently. CU fans are blinded by Homer-ism to where they cannot even identify Shedeur's short-comings outside of holding the ball too long. If his father was not the HC, Shedeur would have been forced to follow the playbook instead of calling his own plays.
