Bullocks!👎🏽
Police or park rangers
He really needs to learn how to wear his vest!
Squirrel Lives Matter! Bear Lives Matter!
how do you guys differ from fish & wildlife officers and US Park Rangers ?
US Park Rangers are federal.
Are you recruiting in Ventura or Santa Barbara county?
What an absolutely beautiful place to work, reminds me of a park close to me here in Sweden :)
You have that job because you kno someone nepotism
Let me guess you couldn’t pass the tests?
literally, not one of the EXCUSES for not allowing e-bikes is valid: 1) they are not noisier than a person talking 2) Class 1 bikes have no assist at all > 20 mph, and speeds far exceed this on downhills regardless of bike type. 3) The avg increase in weight is ~20 lbs, which is noise compared to the weight difference across riders. 4) The absolute bane of park visitors are the giant gaggles of hikers who have no fkkn idea about any trail etiquette. 5) E-bikes dont leave a wake of giant piles of horseshit everywhere. At least get some reasonable excuses. Your silly, punitive approach only results in less people recreating. Good job, assholes!
Hey, so how difficult is it to become a ranger? I was previously thinking about stuff like NPS or CSP and I just wonder how hard it would be to actually become a ranger.

Growing up as a younger man in my earlier years in Hemet/San Jacinto. Ive traveled through those mountains and valleys before all the Scientologists moved in and run us off on their dirt bikes. Was a beautiful area. I use to hunt rattlesnakes in "Massacre canyon" . Viejo a military friend of my father taught me skinning and boarding for making clothing. Was a beautiful place to grow up in the 70's-80's❤
You guys should do a series like “Sheriffs: El dorado county” (you can find it for free on RUclips, it is a series) where you ride along with officers during shifts. I am currently interested in applying and this would help many people like me to get some insight of day to day activities
They used to about 10 years ago. Some of the clips can be found on the state parks main YT.
Hey I don’t know if you will see this but it would be really cool if you could do a ride along with a Lifeguard Peace Officer. I am not sure if you have these guys at one of the lakes but I think it would be really cool to see what they do because it is such a unique job within the California State Parks system.
Thanks for the suggestion! We will definitely look into making a ride along video with one of our LG Rangers.
@@InlandEmpireStateParks Thanks for responding I will be looking forward to the video!
On the main parks RUclips they have a video that was posted about 5 years ago. Not a ride a long, and it’s only about 3 min long. But worth the watch if you have not seen it. Search for peace officer lifeguard and it should come up.
