You need to plug the monitor into the video card ports not the onboard ports. The ports are DisplayPort you can get an adapter to HDMI.
So what's the point of the HDMI I don't get it.

@@BuddyTheWolfYT i see what you mean. I took it to a technician and they said the graphic card disabled the hdmi port. He unplugged the graphic card and now everything works. I thank you though for trying to make me understand.
