Hi David! Nice video tutorial, thank you! I would need your help! I hav a stock m365. I would like to connect 2s extra battery with the stock batteri in series. Then i will get 12s battery. Currently when i connect 2s battery, after power on, I got error message (hall sensor error). Wich custom options need to set to avoid this error message? Thanks in advance for your help! Dear David, first of all let me thank you for a detailed explanation for setting up a scooter. I have this scooter for a year now and I have made 3370km with it and so far I have not dared to hack it. Until a few days ago! I did almost everything as you showed and I noticed two things with the throttle. 1 My scooter is now accelerating sharply, as I press a switch. There is no smooth acceleration... I marked a smooth change quadratic power control at S & cruise, speed control at D/Eco ... 2 I can no longer switch off the cruise control with a single tap. I have to switch it off by pressing the brake. I know you have a lot of questions from people like me but please if you can give me some advice how to solve this ... Once again, thank you for everything you have done for all of us! Greetings from Belgrade.

Hello, I have by a Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter Essential Lite would it be possible to use the generator to generat a cfw with the options I want and use it? Except it will warn for "possible wrong" firmware of course. I was thinking about this as a cfw "for" the Essential lite that a person have upload and show here on youtube on a Essential lite is for a m365 wich more or less the Essential lite is. I have used translation and have confirm my thoughts that it is more or less a go but need to do some steps to be on the safe side. But that is a different story.

Let's not forget how many glitches the gopro have and how many times it will not save the video and how many times it will freeze....

Hi I have tried flashing my M365 lite and although the firmware loads 100% but it does not seem to change according to the app. I have tried several firmwares to unlock the speed but the version never changes. I also tried to join your English telegram group but it says “This invite link has expired” thx for your time.

Hey, ive got a problem, m365 pro bms 126 ble 74 drv 200 ive done everyinthing as in the video - started with ble downgrade (smoothly), created soft on the page, downloaded downg xg mod and flashed the software once but when Im trying to flash it for the 2nd time it goes through but i get the 'sent retry' in between. so it goes 30%32%34%'sent retry'36% - and so on, and later i get info that its done, but my drv stays 200... anyone had such a problem? any solution?
