@@Yepkoo okay, I made a road system using a spline right. I have a box collision how do I make the box collision stretch to the same length as the spline? Just like the road static mesh. I know the box extent is what I need to use to make the box collision follow the spline but the box collision always ends up being bigger then the spline or longer
@@youngjojo3052 I don't understand exactly what you want to do. If the spline is not in a straight direction, it is not possible for the box collision to be the same length as the spline. You can activate the collision of the mesh defined to the spline, but this will be a very expensive operation. If you could explain a little more exactly what you want to do, maybe I can offer an idea.

Hello, the important thing here is the collision cylinder. of the character. Normally this process will work for all characters. You should check the collision settings of the character you are using.

Hello, there may be a problem with the "Move train" codes. The version does not matter, it should normally work properly.
@@Yepkoo Thanks for your fast answer. If the problem is in the move train, only one thing different. WhellTop1, WheelTop2 adding after that multiplication. When you select float double precise stuff. That isn't found in 5.4.4 (Does is matter maybe?) Actually i tried with box, so mesh is not relevant.
@@ZsltJkby When I checked, float double precise is available in 5.4.4. When I tested with 5.4.4, it worked without any problems. You can try migrating to 5.4 by preparing it with a lower version. There is probably an error in your codes.
@@Yepkoo Your right. the double precise is available. I cant modify the multiplication to double if i created firstly single. (i guess its a bug) . I found the mistake. Today i restart from part 1. My model wasn't good. I made the modell and the world position was different. In this moment work well. (except the wagon part, this will be today). Thanks for your help, you're awesome. 🙏

Any suggestions on how to make the spline generated avoid a radius around other vehicles? using this for multiple vehicles but they bunch up and get stuck
Hello. You can increase the value shown at 08:57 of the video a little. Since the vehicles work according to the laws of physics, you can change the brakes etc. settings in the vehicle's own settings.

Hello, make sure the collision box is attached to the moving object.
@@Yepkoo i used the component name just like the video. I think my problem is the Timeline animation, can't resolve this yet.
@@Celinto_Cateyente Moving the object via timeline or any other method will not cause this. Increase the thick value of the collision box and uncheck the "Hidden in Game" box. This will allow you to see where the collision box is in simulation mode.

@@Neomu_Joah You need to increase the add force value. However, if the area is very large, spawn the balloons from several different places instead of just one. This will be more practical.

Hi. Thanx for the tutorial! I have a problem. Thre train mesh is shaking in the direction of a spline (forward/backward), very small amount with high frequency. It's not because of train car mesh. I changed it to simple cube for test and result is the same. Have You encountered something like this? Where can be the root of a problem?
Hello. I didn't experience a problem like you mentioned. I'm not sure, but it may be due to FPS due to the power of your computer. Another possibility is that you set the speed too high. You will need to make some fine adjustments to drive the train faster.
@@Yepkoo Thanx. Tryed to repeat train part in new project : no problem. The root is somewhere in my character/world/camera customization
@@Yepkoo I found where the problem was! I think it's some kind of conflict betwin floating movement and camera lag I used to smooth movement/rotation. I agged springarm to FP_Caracter to do that. Now when i check "Enable camera lag" off - problem disappears :)

Unfortunately, it is currently impossible to make water flow with physics. Even if it could be done, it would use a very serious CPU.

It is very unfortunate that in UE5 it is impossible to create vehicle movement from scratch without using third-party content and plugins like Chaos Vehicles.
Actually it is possible. But it will take a long time. For example, the chaos plugin does not seem to be very useful for racing cars.
