Very good Rendition 👍👍
Wow, sounds incredible 👍🏼👏🏼
Excellent cover. Very well done. Vocalist sounds fantastic and the guitarist & horn section are very good. Thanks.
Band did a great job!
Excellent work drummer! I could hear the stick hit like Steve Gadd.
Huge thanks to the band and videographer for this incredibly faithful cover of "Doctor Wu." After seeing Steely Dan in concert April 21, 1974 at the U. of Toledo, they broke my musical heart by refusing to tour behind the release of the "Katy Lied" album in the spring of 1975. Then, when they finally resumed touring in August 1993, they chose to ignore this fine song and "Any World (That I'm Welcome To)" from the same album. They even ignored the latter song on "Rarities Night at the Beacon" in 2011.
Hi Andy, I’m Ronnie and I saw them in 1974 as well at the Warfield theater in Washington DC. Great memories and thanks.
@@smisher64 Always great to connect with fans who saw that '74 tour. Had no idea that I would be introduced to future blue-eyed soul legend Michael McDonald that night. Three years later my wife and I saw him again at Bowling Green State U. (along with former Steely Dan guitarist Jeff Baxter), after both had joined The Doobie Brothers. Oddly enough, the one performer I had seen before that night in Toledo was Jeff Porcaro, drumming for Sonny & Cher at a Fort Wayne, Indiana concert on March 19, 1972 (when he was still just 17 years old).
I guess i will be the first to compliment the band on this one. Great musicianship, surprisingly good vocals. I will look for more of your tunes.
Thanks for listening
Excellent Ronnie!
awesome

"Perfection and grace" indeed! My favorite track from "Gaucho."
Thanks
