Nothing, I had ordered a Pressure switch and never installed it. Un plugged the other end and tossed it into a bin.

They do not insulate the bottoms of Travel Trailers. This is why it is VERY important to winterize your Trailer/RV. I will say, they packed the walls full of insulation in my trailer, and when feeding wires for my solar panels, it was EVERYWHERE! Haha. But Yes, follow these steps. And you'll have a successful installation. Any questions I respond rather quickly.

YES! I marked and labeled them before I unplugged OEM connector. Ive been told you can mix up any if the yellow wires, and it will work, but I didnt want to take my chances with my machine.

It wasn't a hard fix. The connectors I got from amazon worked great. I have put many miles on since repair. No issues with my charge system at all. I had fun doing it, and learned a lot

You can IF it allows you to turn down the amps its charging at. I have a car starter, that will go down to 2amp maintain. Anything to much higher will burn your battery cells. Reduce its life

Before I wired mine, I tested the regulator voltage and made sure it was withen spec in the Manual. I would test it with a volt meter, this will tell you if you have further problems.

I got the longer cables with me purchase. And I still had a little trouble running them.

I didnt drain oil or radiator fluids. Not needed since the covers only require 3-4 of the 8-10 bolts holding the Casing on.

It's a GSXR thing.. high RPM and stator doing 110% work. Things get warmmm

Could have been a poor connection at that connector creating some resistance and heat but I would think the circuit would also have to be working pretty hard… maybe battery was pretty worn out demanding full charge most of the time?

@@frederickkennedy7931 UPDATE It's gap from stator to rotor, burnt up my charging system, 2006 that's the problem!!! I didnt use gasket on install and I think I gapped it correctly and used rtv, I put battery in year later, went fi light, was overheating, apparently the stator was hitting the rotor and needed new parts. I think I messed up installation a year ago of stator, but was working fine forever, maybe the gap tightened or loosened in respects of, I did use high temp Silicone, no gasket so, make sence why it was burning the connectors I suppose due to lack or overcharge constantly touching case of.
