    It irritated my mouth as a mouthwash. Later, having done some research, I took the advice to dip a toothbrush in the peroxide poured into a small cup to brush only along the gum line. Then rinse the toothbrush, dip the brush again, and continue working through the different areas of the mouth to reach all the gum lines, then stop. Keep it foaming along the gum line for a minute before rinsing well with clean water. I do this after flossing and brushing the teeth a few times per week. I have not had a problem using out of the bottle this way. Adjust the frequency and dilute when necessary to avoid soreness.

    Like vit D omega 3 is not as abundant as it used to be , and many other food additives deplete the once easy to absorb vitamins, minerals, and nutrients we once took for granted. It would be very hard to get these from food alone . Supplementation of these essential vitamins should be a no brainer, as you could not choose farm raised salmon, talapia or other seafoods to be an adequate source.

    Here's a better idea, eat some good quality fish a couple time a week. People don't need supplements if they eat right. Taking supplements everyday is a scam of the companies that sell them.

      respectfully it's not a better idea for a couple reasons, one is simple economics for the average person. Most people cannot afford to buy wild caught Coho salmon (when in season) and eat it every day, or a couple times a week and while good quality fish oils are expensive, they are substantially cheaper than eating "good quality fish" a couple times a week. Also, I have cases of good quality sardines in spring water and anchovies packed in extra virgin olive oil, but it gets so tiresome trying to eat those 3 or 4 times a week. I have taken good quality fish oils for years and they absolutely work!

      Hey JohnA. I get get your point of view but also have to understand that not all of us are able to eat right all the time. With the family model changing and making both parents work and then with kids that things are rush at a much faster pace then when things were simple. We have been eating as best as we can and have also used Vitamis and Omega-3 Fatty pills as well as iinstalling a water softening system in our home and can see the benifits from the pills and the water. I do understnad that not everyone has the time to go shopping and then to prep the foods and get dinner ready rather quickly.

    When i eat too much meat i end up with foamy urine. So i backed off to eating more plant based like lentils and eating small amounts of chicken or fish to a lesser degree. Beef is very limited to mostly liver, about 2 bites worth as i make it rare for the dog and ferret. For me, its a bite the size of a Ritz cracker. I do it for the B12 and iron and other nutrients mostly found in red meat.😂Now my urine is clear. Personally, i don't think the kidneys are too happy with high meat consumption and have a harder time in processing larger amounts . I think that for us seniors, kidneys have been through a lifetime of stuff and abuse and need a break.b

      Many interviews with people with kidney disease eating carnivore and reversing their kidney disease, even stage 4, even coming off transplant list. Jason Fung, kidney doctor, has seen people improve and reverse kidney disease on low carb, high fat, moderate protein even carnivore. It would be a shame that patients miss healing because of outdate information held tightly by some.

    You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

    Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based. Go vegan for the animals. Go vegan for the planet. Go vegan and be healthier and happier. A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals. Eating healthy is not a diet it is a healthy life style. Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight. People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses. When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test "NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.

    Beware of turmeric that is adulterated ! It is generally bleached (I read this on the internet so it has to be true , right ?) yellow dye is added (toxic ?) and many times lead is added as well . I read to test purity put a teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of warm water . If it is pure it will sink to bottom of glass and water will be clear. If water is cloudy may be adulterated. I am no expert . Am just a grunt who cares about what I consume . So check this out for yourself .
