It should fit no problem based on the size of my UMP, but I can’t say for sure. The UMP45 is roughly 18” folded and fits snug in the case.

Unfortunately Japan has strict rules on the materials used in airsoft replicas…or so I am told. Definitely the durability of steel is nice. I did like how the local airsoft shop had a lot of mods for the AKM, even replacement charging handles lol

@@TheWeepyLamb I know about that, not sure why wood would be a problem though. Steel kits are sold for it, but that is another $250. I wish they had an international version made out of better materials, but I suppose that would require a factory outside of Japan. I have not read this information anywhere, so I would like to ask you, is the selector steel or not? I have not seen it in those kits, so I assume it must be steel.

@BloPsy__ That’s true, they do have some made with real wood furnishings, but they charge like $250+ on top of the retail price. Kinda ridiculous in my opinion. The selector was stamped aluminium or some other material that’s non magnetic. Only steel parts were the mag release and most internal components, everything else was pot metal or some other alloy.

I don’t think a mini beryl would fit, without some modifications. There’s about 2 inches of space left with the UMP and I think a stock mini beryl has 3 inches on the UMP.

Maybe diagonally?

I haven’t removed the compensator personally, but I believe it should fit since the mode is based off the compact 1911. A speed draw holster is another option if you don’t want to remove the compensator

If it’s too tight to where its causing your trigger to pop out no matter what you do, you can try using an old spring (if you have one) or leave the resting arm hanging off the gearbox until you’re ready to close it and carefully finesse it into place as you close it up. Sorry if this doesn’t help.

@Piotrek1985 I didn't notice any reticle shifts when changing, it kept center pretty well. Maybe after more wear and tear, or I got lucky with a decent replica.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my hands on a tornado 2, but I am also curious on how to disassemble and repair it. I do know adding a little bit of silicon oil on the fill valve when refilling gas helps with some leaks if the o rings haven't dried out or torn.

Yeah…you have a point. At least with the cyclone grenades all you need is some o rings if your plunger isn’t messed up. Not sure if anyone would have a spare head for a tornado 2 lying around though

@@TheWeepyLamb Yeah its pretty bogus. I am going to be attempting to disassemble one here in the near future and see if I can work out a fix for them. They really are fantastic when they work.

I haven’t gotten a game in for about a year now, but the field looks like trash now. The owner is more focused on his current bar/indoor field. I believe he’s also working on a second outdoor field. If you’re living on the norther half of the island, there is a closer field called Sergeant 58.

I figured a detailed explanation would be better with assisting those who were just getting into airsoft tech work rather than just dropping the trigger in and calling it good.

Yes you would. My M4 currently uses a Maxx trigger unit with a Gate Titan mosfet

I don’t see why not, as long as the oil is only being used on the o-rings. I’d recommend using silicone grease on the gears and anything that would make contact with the gears excluding the anti reversal arm. I also tend to stay away from aerosol when working on my gearbox as it can get everywhere and on parts I don’t want silicone oil on. This is all personal preference.

@@TheWeepyLamb 海外でプレイされるのでしたらあったほうが良いかもしれませんがＶＳＲ1丁分のコストが乗ってしまいますね(スロヴァキアのスプリンガーカスタムワークス製Ｓトリガーが精度、信頼性共にもっとも市場評価が高いです) スプリングの自然長にもよりますが 海外で標準的な500fps程度であれば PDiの1stシアとセットピン(ピストン位置の微調整が可能)があれば45度トリガーのままで充分です
