This is my new favorite podcast 🧡🧡🧡

Having fun working through Paws and Clause after it showed up in my youtube recommended! It's nice to revisit the series as an adult with a more nuanced perspective on the warrior cat books. I ended up reading Pinestar's Choice as a direct result of this episode - quite good for a cat book. The old forest is just such a good environment for conflict, it's a damn shame nothing like this can really be tackled in the lake territories

Omg I can't get enough of these episodes since I also started to re-read these books recently. It's really fun watching these and I would love to see you're opinions on the rest of the series :D I think dawn is my favorite new prophecy book so It's fun seeing you're take on it. I do think the whole thing with the clans moving to the lake should have happened later on in the series tho. I do agree that the first half of the new prophecy is definitely the best part when compared to the last three TNP books. Also brambleclaw and squirrelpaw were my favorite characters when I was reading the new prophecy for the first time and I do love them in this book. So you can image my suprise when I found out what happened later on in the series lol. I'm not gonna spoil anything obviously but I did hold the same opinion about the whole relationship thing until I got caught up with the later books and it's safe to say that the books kinda ruined them in my eyes. As far as I know theres more to the relationship and it is unfortunately a lot worse than just them pickering from time to time :( (Side note: I'm suprised that one of the polish cover designers is finnish since the book covers in finland kinda suck lol)

I thought writing extensive allegiances and then seeing how they would change but never doing anything else with them was just a me thing, but I guess not 🤣

In my opinion its such a good segment to unwind before the main course of the books, sometimes reminds me to eat myself xd Im absolutely tickled when the new podcast releases! Thank you for voicing the thing that bothered me about fandoms for a long time now The way common opinion can get so vicious and sway the bystanders is honestly quite terrifying. By pressure or threats of being called a bad person the whole 'policing' culture is. Just. So. Tiring. Hopefully people can chill sometime soon -u-' Btw Thank you again for doing the whole series in chronological order Never thought some people would have the dedication and sheer insanity to do all 80+ books XD

Bluestar's Prophecy and Spottedleaf's Heart cannot both be cannon because they contradict each other. In Bluestar's Prophecy, SpottedKIT was like half a moon old when the Tiny vs Tigerpaw fight goes down. Whitepaw was still Whitekit. In Spottedleaf's Heart, shes an apprentice and witnesses the fight and argues with Thistleclaw about it.. Therefor i comfortably put Spottedleaf's Heart in the "non-canon" category

I noticed a mistake, you said Seekers is about dogs, that is incorrect, Seekers is about bears. The series about dogs is called Survivors. I don't want this to seem mean, just wanted to point it out in case I can prevent someone from being misinformed. 😅
