Hi there! My name is Karen and I am the host of a DID system. If you don't know what Dissociative Identity Disorder entails please look it up and then ask us any questions.
This vlog will deal with our day to day struggles. A couple of us want to promote DID awareness and education of this trauma disorder. I also deal with PTSD and a few other disorders.

Thank you! You are the first person who has actually said you get a headache! I do too. I'm 7 but 4 primary. All female, one little, one mean, one calm and me who does all the business. I don't have to much remembering. Mine are triggered. And it's like doors in my head, if to many are talking I freeze like a computer with to many windows open

I am trying to understand this. How do you know you have this disorder? I know some are misdiagnosed with bipolar or something else in the beginning. I am trying to understand the difference between DID, multiple personality disorder, and bipolar. thanks.
