For a 58m. Tag price it looks so cramped inside facade outside is so decieving +points only for having a swimming pool, the owner should have hired a contractor to change the interiors before selling the house, for realtors to attract buyers.

the same size lot in North America near a big city would cost around 5M pesos. I don't understand why the price of the lot in CDO are so overpriced, this is ridiculous (around 4 times the price than the same lot size in North America).
