Some of this shit does not work, and changing priorities and TCP settings actually caps my bandwidth to 3MB/sec as opposed to my maximum with windows default settings. Some settings do work however and if you don't know which you may be crippling yourself in performance without knowing it.

this is all bull. if you have high ping there could be alot of reasons for that, your windows isn't working correctly? you're on wifi? there are no "'optimizations" for network devices and ping, it's simple - you live closer to servers, you get lower ping.
