I did a record with this microphone yesterday. Amazing! This is great not only for the budget price of 43$ I purchased it, but this can compete with brand names in recording quality. The 2 cons are 1: about the switches, (them could be higher in the way to move them easily for the functions of the mic), 2: A lamp indicator that doesn't work when it is on but they have done so to prevent the battery discharging. In this way you have to remember to switch it off.

Worst bag

Just returned Takstar SGC-698 back to seller because it records with an awe-full hissing sound. It did not include the "Product Qualiified Certificate" and no battery. The built in mic on my Nikon D3s records audio so much clearer. Too bad as I was looking forward to doing some videos during holidays using an external mic.

Neither Adidas nor Spayground had the clean crispy white bag I'm looking for. So I guess I better look it what they've got.
