I have the ultimate shark avoidance technique… I just want to be sure that everyone knows it… 3..2..1 stay out of the godamn ocean🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
Hi, there is women who is stilling your video saying it is her on them. Somehow its upsetting.
Huh. I guess I should have tried with my right hand. Oh well, still have the right arm left. Will def’ly try it out next time. 😊
Leave these animals alone
I don’t scuba dive/snorkel….I’m watching these and some others re sharks simply to learn about sharks-knew zero before. They have transformed/opened up my narrow (“Jaws” movies) view of sharks. N 3:04 ow I realize that they are sentient creatures and they are crucially important for our aquatic ecosystem. Thank you for these wonderful videos. I’m passing along this info to my friends who scuba/snorkel.
Remember Steve Erwin was a professional too
How to avoid all sharks...stay out of water ...I studied this for long time
On the very rare occassions when a shark is starving nothing is going to deter if from eating you.
Love your shark videos. I do a lot of free diving and spear fishing in the Bahamas. We see a lot of reef sharks, bull sharks and hammerheads. Do these sharks have the same behaviors as the tigers you typically see? Would you use the same techniques if approached?
Reef sharks are non aggressive and travel in groups bull sharks and hammerheads are more aggressive and tend to travel alone. Bull sharks are responsible for most attacks on humans better to keep a respectful distance from them. Reef sharks are okay and they will get within 2-3ft of me when I'm diving and they are chill. Biggest sign is watch to pectoral fins and for rapid movement and direction changes
shark: Oh, look, lunch! diver: *locks elbow* shark: wait, what was I doing?
This woman is going to end up like Steve Irwin within the next few years...I would put money on it
@@JagdgeschwaderX, Ocean & Juan have been swimming with these sharks for 20+ years. They are fully aware of their job's risks. Steve Irwin also knew the risks, although he was not a stingray professional. Although he loved all animals, his main skills were with crocodiles, and those skills did not fail him. Unfortunately, accidents do happen, though & that is part of life, just like with cars & many other things, in life.
RESPECT THIS MAN. HERO TO PROTECT THE UNPROTECTED.
How I deter large sharks is mocking them and daring them to bring their ass up on land
Just found out my Dad's taking my younger brother for their "every few years trip" to scuba dive and it's Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt where they had 3 attacks in 2 days and 2 in like ten mins...I asked my Dad if he knew the risk and he just goes "oh I've been back 3x since then (Sharm is basically just a strip with like 6 to 8 huuuge resorts) and so I asked which resort it happened at (the year I went In 06 we were at one resort when another way bombed killing 144people and shutting down the holiday etc, even Bush flew over cuz so many Americans sadly died, so anywaynturbs out the attacks happened AT OUR FRIGGIN RESORT! And I rarely have dreams this vivid but before I know they were going I dreamt of being amidst a shark attack the week he told me so I had to send this vid to my Dad and bro for my own peace of mind... My biggest fear is they see a bull shark since they're just straight aggressive so thanks for maybe saving my dad or bros life this week,,!
I ve been to sharm El sheikh 10 times with my family its à gorgeous place to dive, snorkel and just be in the Réd sea... shark accidents happens every where. Not more in Egypt than in Hawaï. Just relax and enjoy life 😊🌟🌴
100% Going to take her class one day
I wonder how many arms it took to develop this tactic.
I'm so grateful for this content. I've been afraid of sharks for most of my life and always try to move past that - to the point of swimming with bull sharks in PDC last year.....this video helps me to feel more confident
Oh my god this video is amazing!
This is so stupid.. sharks are unpredictable
🤗🦈=👎 🤿 🦈=👍
If they really want to eat you it's nothing you can do
Im just gonna stay out of the ocean. Lake Michigan suits me just fine
Камикадзе тоже бесстрашные но всё кончается трагически.
Sure this is only for divers..If you are swimming and bobbing on the water and you get a bite in the leg..not helpful. Also only see this with Tigers ...Can you show us the same move with a GW and Bull shark?
I’ve noticed that all the tiger sharks in your videos are females. Does your response to male tiger sharks differ? If not, do you perceive any difference in behavior between the sexes?
Please show this video at real time speeds. Now we all get the mipression these sharks come at us at slowmo speed
Make sure to tell the shark you love it and give it some treats! ❤️❤️🦈
How’s that line of designer wetsuits doing, Ocean?🤩
Wild animal - not so much. What shocked me the most is how badly mankind has imprinted on these animals. Look at the Tiger at 1:00: - two devices attached to the dorsal fin. It might also be one device at two places punctured through the dorsal fin by means of an operation which requires the animal to be caught, tied up, lifted out of the water. A horrific ordeal for the animal. Science should not hurt or kill the animals. - one divice pierced through the skin at the base of the dorsal fin - the jaws are terribly disfigured, probably a hook that ripped it´s jaw apart. At least a macho fisherman can later recal his heroic deeds at the bar. - 2:19 the hook is still in it´s mouth with the leader partly on it. It must be most cumbersome for the animal as the rotting hook will cause an infection. It is surprising that these critters are still roaming the sea, mangled as they are. Many others who experienced the same torture are probably on the oceanfloor. Let alone shark finning which is also a very unbecoming process for the sharks. In this context I am astonished about the media frenzy how Ocean is interacting with the sharks. It is gentle and relaxed on both parts. Ocean is a star and propells the cause for the sharks!!!
Такая красивая и отважная девушка, может найти с акулами общий язык👍👍👍
Poor Egypt man could have had a different outcome if he'd had watched this informative video
The man in Egypt didn't have scuba gear and oxygen tank, and he was alone with an aggressive shark. I feel sad about that tragedy.
No
He had a name it was Vladimir Popov
Swim towards it ? You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to do that
People have different types of reactions when faced with life or death dangers. There are ones that freeze up and do nothing, others that just cry then some that keep their heads & jump into action. Whichever you are will affect your outcome.
@januarymelody8511 Amen 🙏I believe in this! This is so true! 🙂👍I remember when my parents once said this to my sister, brother, and I when we were kids. Good one and well said man! 🙂😉🙂👍
@@januarymelody8511 sometimes the outcome isn’t dependent on us when facing a wild animal
What do you think about talks of many plane crashes filled with bricks of coke being resolved in water. All wildlife breathing in water near these bricks could become mentally maladjusted to start going after human for new food supply? Coke raddled minded sharks are not fun idea!
Cocaine Shark !!!🦈🦈🦈
very useful love values❤
me: i am completly safe from sharks and not afraid of them also me: i am at 10000ft above sea level on a mountain side

Strong arm shark. Guy in Egypt missed this video…. well, DID do this, but from INside the shark.😢
From that video it looked like the shark was circling him during the time he was treading water yelling for help. I think even though he was bitten he should have tried to swim towards safety. Of course the shark would have caught up but maybe just maybe he could have bought himself a few more seconds. Just enough that boat rescuers could have pulled him out. Then again who knows…
These videos presume everyone has goggles and can see clear in water.
When you're ready to leave and go back on the boat how is that done safely? I would think you wouldn't want to turn your back / risk making splashes at the surface until they're all gone
😎🇺🇸😳Or Just Not Get in the Water
I’ve always wondered this as well. Especially if their are multiple sharks and they’re overly curious.
What do they mean by lock out the elbow?
Extend your arm as straight out as you can. With no bend whatsoever at the elbow.
I was basically a load of BS, if you are about be bit by a shark this is hardly what you'll be thinking about
Hmm…would that have helped Vladimir? You know the guy that was eaten by a tiger shark in Egypt? 🧐
Most surface swimmers who get bitten don't know the shark is approaching until physical contact is already made.
So i aint a professional but i did play football and i can throw out a meam stiffarm i wanna swim with these guys now
I was told to stick your arm in their mouth and pet the tongue. Why they lie to me!?
Shark: a snack Lady: *does shark-deterring actions Shark: understandable, have a great day.
What is to be done if the shark goes psycho mode?
My guess is you go psycho on him yourself then hope the one bite he already took of you was enough for it.
I have seen them try to bite while this is being done so it should work that said improvise
Cover yourself in tomato sauce 😂 you have no options
These people exploit sharks for instagram attention. It's a business. She's not a scientist, despite giving the appearance to be. She fondles sharks and puts herself and teammembers at risk for no value whatsoever other than instagram likes. She encourages people seeking out and touching sharks, something that is bound to end badly. All you need is one mistake at a key moment or one animal acting unpredictably and tragedy is there. Respect sharks. Give them space. They are the top dogs.
One day she'll be in Sharks Happen , and Hal will say What were you thinking !!!😀😀😀😀😀😀❤
other videos show a charging shark what do you do with that?
Pray.
lock your elbow harder

Get out of the water as safely as you can.
This is so stupid, most shark attacks the victim doesn't see the shark. Therefore you can't deter what you don't see 😂
Probably this is meant for divers. I don't suppose anyone else would be able to sustain such a composure. Heart attack is more likely.
@@LinLin-fp5dwThat's what I was thinking 🤔 I most likely would have a heart attack too
This woman is fascinating.
No waaaay I'd be gone 🙄
This wouldn't work if it was charging towards you with mouth open though, right? ^^;;
