Straight on means they go the full Length of the Bruntingthorpe strip. If they wish they can come off around 400 metres earlier. It just means they go the full straight. Nothing to do with transmission or performance.

I watch too many of these videos what I see GTR seems to win every supercar even some had more horsepower than the GTR Exept Bugatti Veyron may have a chance over the GTR.

Don't get me wrong but this comparison is not fair. Tuned car vs stock hmmm, even tho both cars are amazing but I would like too see this Nissan vs 458 Italy tuned by underground racing 700bhp and then it will be fair.

you cant just add a tubro kit like an alpha 12 without upgrading the engine internals which will cost u another 30-40 grand on top of the alpha 12 turbo kit which is 20,000 !!! the gtr cant hold 1200hp on stock motor!!!!! so its not the bang for the buck as your thinking it will cost

That's not true. The GT500 / ZL1 may have more horsepower, but both of those car will get hammered in the 1/4 mile, and 0-60. All wheel drive is a beautiful thing.

If you're looking for price/performance, you need to compare GTR with GT500 / ZL1 ... that's more in the same luxury range ... and there both of them beat GTR with another car to spare.

For me it's perfectly okay to see one wins & one loses in a drag race like this...as long as we keep on being realistic rather than fanatic. When a tuned GTR with 100bhp more vs a stock 599 GTO, it's foreseeable to see GTR winning the race coz 100bhp should make a difference in reality. I'd only say GTR is much better than GTO if it beats the 599 GTO with similar power, i.e. around 660bhp...but surely not in this case.
