ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ વછરાજાની જીવવિજ્ઞાનના સ્નાતક, શિક્ષણશાસ્ત્રના અનુસ્નાતક, જાતીયશિક્ષણ(Sex Education) ના ક્ષેત્રના પ્રથમ ભારતીય ડોક્ટરેટ છે. તેઓ Ph.D. ના માર્ગદર્શક છે. બાર સ્કોલર્સ તેઓના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ ડોક્ટરેટ કરી ચૂક્યા છે, જેમાં વિદેશના સ્કોલર્સ પણ છે. ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ ત્રણ વર્ષ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક, નવ વર્ષ માધ્યમિક શિક્ષક, ચોવીસ વર્ષ પ્રાધ્યાપક તરીકે રહ્યા છે. બાર વર્ષ તેઓ યુ.જી.સી. ની ઈન્ટર યુનિવર્સીટી ઈન્સ્ટિટ્યુટના પ્રોફેસર અને ડાયરેક્ટર રહ્યા. સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સીટીના પરીક્ષા નિયામક તરીકે વધારાનો હવાલો સંભાળી ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુએ વિક્રમજનક Examination Reforms કરેલ, જેની સમગ્ર દેશે નોંધ લીધેલ. હાલ તેઓએ અદાણી ફાઉન્ડેશન, અમદાવાદને તરીકે Advisor-Education પણ રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે પ્રદાન કરેલ છે.
