Oh gosh, I’m about to be one of those commenters 🤦🏾‍♀️ Accent is MSG… it’s basically “poison” that tricks your brain into thinking something is good with side effects. Your food would taste good without it. Limit the use of so much plastic with hot food. The chemical is leaking into your food. Also terrible side effects. The tongs, bowl, fork. I won’t start on the foil. It’s a process. All we can do is try & limit/change little by little.

I’m from Houston, too! I’ve always cooked mine in the oven, but cooked them 400 degrees for four hours, and they come out nice. I would like to try it your way, with all the seasonings you I use. You gave my anxiety though, because I CANNOT for the life of me, touch raw meat with my bare hands. 😂
