Specifically we will talk about the different parts of the cell cycle including mitosis and interphase. We will talk about the individual steps of mitosis as well as interphase. We ...
USMLE Biostatistics: Effect Modification
Просмотров 15 тыс.4 года назад
In this chapter we will introduce effect modification, discuss how effect modification occurs, and how it differs from confounding bias. Effect modification and confounding bias are often confused because they both involve the influence of a third variable, however, unlike confounding bias, in effect modification, the exposure is truly related to the outcome. This is an essential topic to under...
USMLE Biostatistics: Confounding Bias & Methods to Control It
Просмотров 2,6 тыс.4 года назад
In this video we will introduce the confounding bias, how the confounding bias occurs, how to prevent the confounding bias and the strategies for controlling for the confounding bias. Specifically we will talk about matching, stratifying, restricting, randomizing, multivariate adjustments. For more USMLE biostatistics resources, check out Med-Ace.com!
USMLE Biostatistics: Measurement/Information Bias and Methods to Control It
Просмотров 1,4 тыс.4 года назад
In this chapter we will introduce the measurement/information bias and go over the different types of measurement bias such as observer bias, recall bias, reporting bias, surveillance bias, the Hawthorne Effect, lead time bias. We will also talk about some of the techniques used to control for these kind of bias such as blinding. For more USMLE biostatistics resources, check out Med-Ace.com!
USMLE Biostatistics: Systematic & Random Error, Selection Bias & Methods to control It
Просмотров 3 тыс.4 года назад
In this chapter, we will introduce more essential biostatistics topics including what is systematic error and random error. We will compare and contrast the two major types of errors in health research; systematic error and random error. We will also introduce a major class of biases called the selection selection bias.
USMLE Biostatistics: Types of Samples, Study Populations & Randomization
Просмотров 8554 года назад
In this chapter we will introduce more essential biostatistics concepts including types of samples (simple random samples, systematic sampling, systematic sampling & cluster sampling), Probability vs non-probability sampling & Randomization. We will also introduce the concept of selection bias and representativeness. For more USMLE biostatistics resources, check out Med-Ace.com!
USMLE Biostatistics: Precision, Accuracy, Internal & External Validity (USMLE Statistics)
Просмотров 2,8 тыс.4 года назад
In this video we will introduce more essential biostatistics concepts such as precision, accuracy, internal validity, & external validity. We will also introduce the threats to internal validity such as systematic error (bias) and random error. Check out Med-Ace.com for amazing medical school resources such as video lectures, practice questions & templates!
USMLE Biostatistics: Research Questions, Types of Variables, & Types of Data
Просмотров 1,3 тыс.4 года назад
In this chapter we will introduce essential biostatistics concepts such as structure and function of research questions, types of variables, types of data and the implication of these concepts. Specifically, we will talk about the PICO question format for framing research questions, the role and function of the independent and dependent variables, and the implications of quantitative data and q...
USMLE Biostatistics: Introduction to USMLE Biostatistics and Epidemiology
Просмотров 1,6 тыс.4 года назад
In this video we will introduce the main elements and ideology of modern health research. Specifically, we will discuss the different kinds of health research, the stages of health research, the role of statistics in health research & the errors of health research. This is the first chapter of section one of the Med-Ace Biostatistics Course for Medical Students. The Med-Ace Biostatistics Course...

Protein Structure, Amino acid Structure & Essential Biomolecules: Beautiful USMLE Lectures
Honestly, thank you so much for making this video. I‘m studying medicine in Germany, so English is not even my native language - but your explanation is so good and simple, that I literally understood more than in my actual lecture lol Thank you!
When dd they become CKDs
incredible explanation. Thanks.
Protein cartel
Plis make a video on signal transduction
No kidding, i didn't even have to pause or go back or make any notes, I learnt this in one go, under 15 minutes, imprinted photographic memory, u teach so well!!!
💯 % I agree with you

Excellent. Amazing. I am a software engineer just amazed by DNA repair mechanism. Just absolutely fantastic.
good to add that all mRNA post-transcriptional modifications occur in the nucleus except for P bodies modification that takes place in the cytoplasm
thank you!!! where can I find the file of this vid
Helpful ❤
Your lectures are very nice.
Great Lecture! Thank You
I'm not even 5 minutes into this video and had to stop to like it and write this comment because it is already making so much more sense than anything my med school professors which my tuition pay for have ever said. Thank you so much for posting this video, te lo agradezco!!
The best video about this that I've ever seen in my life, ngl. <3
do you tutor biostat ? or have a website ? these are some of the best explanation i have seen
just about reaing on slides
General pathway for protein trafficking
Thank you! This has been extremely helpful
Hyyy indo hadirr salam knaaall
Thank u so much❤
make a video de glycolysis!!
Tiens algo para el MCAT? pls help
Thanks dude, I can’t read the book anymore after a couple of intense hours & days & this is helping me order and visualize the knowledge :)
My heart goes out to the families involved in this trafficking
It was a great lecture at all except the pronunciation of CDKs but it was not a big deal, I get it.
You are a Wonder!!! Thank you.😀
thanks sir
This was very helpful as a med student 👍🏼
😮❤
good video well done buddy I appreciate it
Thank you

Really nice explanation , good work sir 👍🏻
Beautiful lecture. Most of it was known to me. Just 2-3 precious sentences cleared all my doubts. Thanks friend !
I so much enjoyed this lecture, i can now answer question without memorization but figuring it out, thank you.
Fantastic
your videos are great to understand topics on medicine its too bad that you stop posting new videos :(((
HI in definition you write confounding bias it is a measurement error ! i think you mean it is a systematic error?
all bias are a type of systemic errors.
Is that still real? just prokariotas replication process is tested?
👍👍
Please how to access more vidz
Hello how can I access your videos
man this is excellent, thank you
I study medicine in Italy and I do need to know these topics in greater detail, anyway the video was still useful to lay down a good foundation
Thanks very much for the amazing explanation! Could you please share the lecture notes, too? The website link you mentioned in the description doesn't seem to be working.
Gold
Thank you!
Thankuuu and the explanation was soo good that its easy to understand 😊
