Hi, thank you so much for watching! I think they went for a monochromatic look on the staging but I don’t disagree… A nice little pop of color would be great! The HOA dues are based on square footage so this unit would have relatively higher dues than most of the units in the building.

I'VE been to this neighborhood. It's a very nice subdivision with some very beautiful homes and close schools. If your looking for land then this is not the place for you but the houses do have larger lots for the most part.
Brilliant assessment! There are a select few homes with acreage lots in Witherspoon but most are .5-1 acre. Beautiful neighborhood with a great location 😍

Are these homes considered what is called McMansions? They're built so close together, all you get is a wonderful view into your neighbors windows?
A big part of what we do with buyers is honing in on what’s most important to them. For these clients, they loved the specific Brentwood location and the pool. For those looking for wide open spaces and views, we have those as well 💜

Hi! The great news about Franklin is that the geographic size lends to a wonderful variety of housing inventory. Franklin spans a large area both east to west and north to south. We summarized the high point, low point, and average prices but there is plentiful variety in between.

The kitchen cabinets are too low. They need to be highe so the counter tops are higher.
Haha I wonder if that’s an optical illusion (I’m 6 feet tall + wearing heels so probably 6’3” here). The counters are the standard 36” high.

I wont lie. Its a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The Iron and glasswork is masterfully done and the furnishings give the home that warm and homely feeling. Top job on the presentation, you really highlight the Homes finer points. But, if I may be honest? I'm not sure its worth 7.5 million. 5 Million sounds a it more reasonable given what I saw. Either way, it doesn't really matter what I think on the pricing, the question is will someone buy it for that asking price. And if what I've been hearing about Nashiville is any indication, then the likelihood is yes. I've heard great things about the economy and Real Estate in the area that is prime for growth. So I wish you and friends a ton of business in the years to come.

I love the feedback! The location of the home is so key in this pricing. The neighborhood is located in what I like to call the "trifecta" of locations...equidistant to Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin (all very desirable locations convenient to schools, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks, etc). Acreage in this location is VERY hard to come by. Love the dialogue and thank you so much for watching!
