I am a Native Arabic and speak English with experience in teaching students from all around the world. My teaching experience has allowed me to learn so much about different cultures. My students come from USA, Turkey, Bulgaria, India, Italy, Pakistan, Slovenia, Indonesia, Rhode Island, Philippines, Macedonia, Hong Kong, Australia, UK, Kazakhstan and China.

Letters in Arabic shall be larger. The voice could be louder and slowly than here. These are recommendation from non Arabs. Please consider this while making videos. Iam a foreigner who can read and write Arabic but can't follow this speed.

زوجة ابْنِنَا لا تحب الدجاج، هي تفضلُ اللحم Our son's wife doesn't like chicken, she prefers meat.
we could say : لحم الدجاج = chicken meat , but most of time when we say meat alone without saying which type of meat that means lamb meat

احنا بنشرب شاي=we take tea انت بتعمل= you do/ you work
But we often see in present tense levantine, we see the prefix bi is used. What's the matter? You didn't use it. As, احنا بنشرب شاي= we take tea. انت بتعمل= you do. etc
You are right too we could put bi before present tense and it doesn't change meaning and you could delete it too not necessary
