This $2,000 All Terrain E-bike Really Surprised Me | Yoto Ebike Off Road Test & Review
This is a cheaper lower spec version of the Hidoes b6 1200w that I have this one only has a small 500w a low 13ah battery I've put a 52v 40ah batary on my b6 an have put a 500w front wheele on it that uses the 48v 15ah batary that was for the rear motor don't like this cheaper version you have here an don't like black
Not so good not hydraulics brakes not electronic sensor much better Euybike by far torque 96 Newton. Meters torque sensor battery more powerful not so good
Can the front sprocket be upgraded to a bigger one for alittle more top speed? Any idea what type of sprocket you would need? Splined or bolt on and whats the stock tooth count?
У нас в россии он называется ikingi s6 pro, и с батареей на 60 вольт 23ah
this looks exactly the same as the Hideoes b6. Only difference is the colour and the power output.
Nice job I'm looking to review there moped style model to show people that style I have had a lot of people asking me to review it and then usually after I review an ebike if it's worth it I show people how to take an inexpensive Ebike and show them how to upgrade them to go a little faster and also not spending a lot of money for the upgrades. I think the model I'm wanting could be upgraded to do about 45mph for a total of like 1750 total including the bike and upgrades. But nice review keep it up.
What is the top speed you were able to get on this bike? For throttle and PAS?
Just ordered mine ….i really do wish it had a slightly more powerful motor like a 1000 watt but after looking in that price bracket at everything else …it just seems like for one this one just looks so cool with the flared fender on the back and its ability to handle wooded trails seems like it sets this bike apart from a lot of the other ones in this same realm ….so I figured I’m going to sacrifice a tiny bit of power for a strong sturdy reliable frame that handles itself very well in those wooded trails ….plus who knows maybe they will release a 1000 watt motor conversion kit for this bad boy ….then she will really be ripping
I just ordered a 1200 watt/reduction gear integrated hub motor kit for mine off of alibaba. Had to go on live chat with alibaba rep. and start asking questions/telling them exactly what I wanted as I couldn't seem to find any ads for a 1200 watt integrated hub motor kit. It tool about an hour of back and fourth chat but they finally found me what they assure me is a 1200 watt complete kit. Around 220 bucks. Hasn't come in yet. Due in by 11/5.
@@johnfranceschi3271 let me no how it goes ….Ive got about 200 miles on the stock setup right now ….i already wish I had more power of course lol ….i was looking at a complete overhaul set up from Amazon …3000watt motor , computer , and battery with new battery rail and wiring harness, three stage variable power output settings to keep it discrete when the fuzz is around ……850 bucks all said and done so basically what the bike is worth but capable of doing 55 mph
Good details, makes for a good video. Good job! 👍🏼👍🏼
Looks just like Ringle Trails?
Yep! Awesome trails!!!
u should try the ghostcat >:)
I'd love too!
is there a way to "unlock" the bike to bypass the 28mph?
I would sure like to know if there is! They said it was already optimized though. I think it needs a 1000watt motor...
What if i want to use this as a regular bike can i just pedal without useing any assist
Yep! You can either turn the bike off, or down to assist lever 0. It works, just a bit heavy to do for to long.
Just got mine a week ago. I absolutely love this bike! It could benefit from a 1000k/1500 watt motor but, honestly, it is pretty fine the way it is. Does good on most of the off road trails I've taken it on so far. Only been a couple rough off road hills I had to walk up a short section of. Also, my top range on a fresh charge so far was 45.2 miles with a little bit more I could have probably squeezed out of it. That ride included many tough hills ( on the road) and about a 1/4 -1/2 mile of off road trail riding. I'm going to see if I can get 47-50 miles next time.
Yeah, I love everything about this bike except the motor. It's really not even that bad, it's just not on the same awesome level that the rest of the components are on!
Newbie here.. How can the speed be increased on this bike?
This is a copy/paste from a reply to another person asking the same question. @awaken7684 press the plus/minus buttons together. Enter code 1313 once the screen changes. From the screen that pops up, use the ( i ) button ( I think) to switch between tuning options. Then start playing around inside those screens to select between options. I'm not an expert on it. I'm actually just learning it myself. You can raise the speed to 35-37 mph or at least that is what your speedometer will report but your actual speed could be a few mph less.
@@johnfranceschi3271 👍🏼thanks!
@@awaken7684did it work?
NEED HELP with my Windone E2. Do you know how to reset the factory setting? or Can you provide me some screen shots of the settings that your display shows. I think my son changed some things

@@johnfranceschi3271 Can send me a pic of each setting from the Factory? If you have not changed your yet
@@RandyGreen-m5w I've already changed mine.
@@johnfranceschi3271 How is your bike? Did you upgrade anything? Did you change any setting to make it faster? I'm trying to get the most out of this bike. lol
@RandyGreen-m5w In the tuning section of your display, there is a page that shows a couple of initials and a number. On my bike, I think it was the letters "bn or bl" or b something anyway, and the number was 24. That number reflects the top speed the motor is set to. I put mine up to the max it would allow. In my case, I'm now seeing 35-37 MPH on the displays speedometer. I have not checked it against GPS but, I know for certain it feels much faster and seems to be at least 30 actual mph if not a bit more.Other than that, I have only added things like rear facing directional indicators, a phone mount on the handlebars and a rear view mirror. Update/correction. That must be the wheel/tire diameter setting. It will give wrong speed if the incorrect size is put in. It does not change the actual speed of the bike. The setting that shows KPH with a number is the one you want to increase to 68 KPH. That should give you about 25-28 mph.
What type of charger I have to buy online since the one which I get with the e-bike is damaged
no Fenders, no rear rack, no Taillight
Yep, definitely set up more for off road trail riding than most!
How do you get bikes to test out for freee?
Bought a klr years ago partly because of your reviews. I’ve been looking at E-bikes recently. What timing. Thanks swanky.
Oh yeah? Haha that's awesome!
wW video
This bike has the design of a dirt bike I’m wondering if I could swap the front fender with a dirt bike front fender
Yeah, a high fender would look nice!
@@SWANKY-BIKE-RIDES do you know if a Surron fender would fit on this bike
@@JNJ4EV I’m not sure if a suron would but I’m almost positive that a pair of 125 or 150 motocross forks would fit ….so many different sizes in motocross …has to be something
Awesome review dude 😎 it's like it just needs a 1000w motor and id take it to the track with the pitters
Thank you! Yeah, definitely!!! It would be such a fun bike with a bigger motor!
Is this bike eligible to be whelied?
I never got a really good one out of it, seemed sort of hard with the slow start the motor gives you. I'm sure if you timed it right it'd be possible, just not the best.
nice video! whats the location?
Thanks! The Marathon County Dump actually haha!
AWSOME! Just finished building my 1969 rapido bike. Easily the most coolest bike in town now lol.
NICE!
Nice video. That was a solid review.
Thank you!!!
That music makes it unwatchable
Noooo! Banjo's good for ya!
Music is the best part... Who da fooks Dat guy? 😂
Thanks for the review. Was wondering two things. As I am 5’9” and was wondering about your height as well for comparison. Just wondering if you know of anyone who has purchased from this company and what there experience has been?
I'm 5'10" & 155lbs with a 31" inseam. I've not heard anything from other owners yet, no. Sorry.
Really liked your review and started looking into purchasing a couple of the Cyclones. Unfortunately I ran into some discrepancies that steered me away.... The exact same logo is on a bike company in The Netherlands (Biking Dutch). The Lacros is a brand developed by Shinga BV, which was established in 2009. I like the design so I called the number given on the website for here in the US to find out if same company and particulars on the bike. I would have readily purchased two if connected to the Dutch company as they use bikes for more than we do. . Each time I called it was to a call center "in Asia" so I suspect China. I asked if they built bikes for the company in the Netherlands and was told give email and corporate would send answer. So this looks like they are undercutting the brand and also they are bypassing having store fronts in the US.
Thank you! Huh, that does seem a little off...
I'm glad you did this video. Not much on RUclips for this type of bike. I just got one. It says goes 28mph but it tops out at 21mph. Also manual says 750w sustained, according the original website, is supposed to be a 1300w peak. I'm not sure what's going on.
Yeah, I'm not really sure what's up with the specs. I still wonder if there's a way to unlock the 28mph, but the fact that it has SO MUCH low end power makes me think that it's just set up to have more low end power, rather than a higher top speed. Either way, it's definitely my favorite at the moment. The torque sensor, the wheelies, the suspension. It's definitely a good time!
My algo ads have been screaming the ad for this company and bike at me. Thanks for doing a great review on it.
Thanks for watching!
How to build chopper and lowridet bikes? I'm from a country where these things are a rare sight to see.
Some components are replacement parts from Schwinn, but the forks on the chopper are custom made with a welder.
Second, damn that would be the ticket for getting my ass to work this morning, ive got chair lock , moss on a log and o have to crawl there, 3 miles aint bad but when your petrified
Haha 😂 yeah it'd definitely beat crawling!
firsssttttt
Nice!
Looks like a big piece of shit. Have fun at the hospital!
Where did you get the fenders?
Engwe sent them along with the bike to test. They're available on their website.
Is it trush worthy to buy because im spectical? good review tho😊
It seemed to be of a good build quality to me!
Mine is coming in I’m so excited
Nice! Enjoy!!!
Mine too!!! ;^)
Not sure if I missed it, I am guessing it has no torque sensor and its just a cadence sensor, how does it feel to pedal? Does it jerk forward when assist kicks in or is it smooth, does it kick in fast or do you feel like you sometimes need to pedal a bit before it kicks in?
Never mind, seems like I asked too early, seems like it is same crappy cadence setup with no good tunning. oh well, till next bike time. Hope bikes start putting torque sensors on cheap bikes soon.
Correct, nothing that fancy on here. It threw me off a bit when I started testing these, but now I'm just used to it. That might change if I ever get ahold of one with a torque sensor though! haha.
I hear all the gripe about how awkward the folding frame is due to the weight of the bike but this is the first reviewer ive seen who was smart enough to fold the bike away from themselves instead of into their own body.
Haha, yeah they certainly can be awkward to fold! Always takes me a time or two to figure out the best place to stand and where to grab so the weight is distributed properly. Getting the BIG ones in the back of an SUV... that's another story!
Gave it a little to much juice lol good stuff
Haha, just a bit 🤣
Hi mate, Thanks for the excellent breakdown, I love the bike and was thinking or getting one, only issue is that I'm worried it wont fit in my car boot for transport, I drive an AMG A45s, definitely smaller than your Atlas 😅 what do you think?
Thanks! Hmm, yeah that sounds like it might be a bit tight. I tried sticking mine in the back of someone else's car the other day but I was to worried I'd scratch it up, so I decided not too. Maybe if you had a towel or something to protect your paint it could hang out a little if needed?
@SWANKY-BIKE-RIDES Cheers bud, I'll look more into the dimensions and measure my boot
Do what I did. Fit a towbar to car. Then buy electric bike towbar rack for fat tyre bikes. Towbar rack costs $150
..then I heard "twenty inch wheels"
Surprisingly, they're not nearly as bad as I thought they'd be. I've definitely ridden bikes with small wheels that made me uncomfortable off road. This one DID NOT.
Hello dear friend take care has fun riding your swanky cat ebike motor respect 😅😊
Haha thank you!
Looking for one for climbing hills, beach riding and regular trail riding. Thanks for the info. We’re 70 but do push the limit!😎🚴💥
Nice!!! That's awesome!
Nice. I would like longer travel suspension and none folding. I like the rear for delivery bag/shopping.
Yeah that would be nice! I'm not sure how I feel about the folding... Might be nice once in a while, but I don't think I'd ever miss it. I have my wife a ride on the back. Works, ok lol. Not very easy to ride like that at slow speeds, but most bikes wouldn't be either.
Hi!I also bought myself an engwe x26.The sport mode turns off after 5-10 minutes.Does the sport mode turn off in your bike too?
Yes it does!
@@SWANKY-BIKE-RIDES 🤔😔
X24 owner here 🙋♂️ You can "prevent" that if you turn off your bike and then when you power it back up, press + and Info at the same time. The bike will stay in sport, but the motor will get warmer as normal.
@@freetek23wait how did you find this out, I’ve been looking everywhere for this

LOL! Motorcycle helmet, why not a suit of armor? Well, I guess it is a little pitiful electric motorcycle. You really can't afford a good ebike?
Yeah, why not? I'm much more likely to do something silly and go over the bars riding like this, than I am when I ride my motorcycles. The symbol in the upper left, at the beginning, indicates that this is a sponsored video. Meaning, I did not purchase this ebike. It was sent to me so I could make this video.
Garbage, and you know it.
What was the cost of this bike?
I believe they are $1400ish? (This was a paid promotion, meaning I did not purchase this bike, it was sent to me for testing)
