1999年喺美國 L.A. 做了三年廣東話電台，一直好想繼續，廿幾年都係專注設計工作，四年前才重拾書包讀了個 Master ，改變了我的世界，後悔冇早廿年讀，年近六十，終於可以有機會用 RUclips 攞翻做電台嘅感覺，內容全屬個人意見，人人意見不同，希望大家互相包容，你我也是香港人
I was a DJ in a Cantonese radio channel in Los Angeles back in 1999. I've always been wanting to keep doing it. However, I've put my focus on my design business. I started to be a student again 4 years ago with a master degree programme. This move changed my life. At the age of nearly 60, I regret I did not continue my education for the last two decades. Finally, RUclips has the opportunities for me to capture the broadcasting dream again. The contents in my channel are all personal opinions, I hope everyone can keep an open mind to accept different views and respect each other.
我 channel 會慢慢講，覺得太慢的朋友可以用 setting 較快速度去1.5倍，其實我講嘢可以好快，但會變得好似大部分 RUclipsrs 一樣，聽得好大壓力，希望我 channel 可以幫大家減壓，慢活細味人生

@@FedUpPhonemay mean submissions made in December will not be acknowledged by Jan 1, 2025, taking into account Christmas and New Year holidays. Unless the date is taken as the date the application was submitted on line.
@@FedUpPhoneacknowledgement is not approval. Basically means my papers are complete. This is the second step.

@@FedUpPhonei visited malaysia a few times and one has to be alert, anywhere one is at, even in Australia. There was a case of a Malaysian ethnic indian married to an Aussie who was robbed and murdered in Penang not too long ago. Enjoy but be alert to your surroundings.
When i visited Penang last year, i took a free car shuttle service provided by the hotel where i stayed to Gurney Plaza, 5 minutes away. The driver was a local tanned person who was frustrated with his part time shuttle job and looked extremely disturbed mentally. I kept very quiet and rapidly alighted the car at point of destination. The moment one gets into a car driven by a stranger, our safety lies in their hands.
I would be wary of a frustrated service provider in a moving vehicle. Moderate risk environment.

I just watched a blog about TRX residence in KL. It appears to be well planned with 0:02 multiple gyms, pools and common gardens. When you find some time, may be if you can show us this place and your opinion. Looks high end and new.

There seems to be many variety within the many high end malls in KL. Are there many 24 hours restaurants in KL?

初到KL，我什麼都說又平又抵，現在知道比較什麼是貴，什麼地方買日常品最抵😅😅
介绍你住sunway velocity 嗰区冇車行路都比較方便。有商场有医院又有地铁站，坐两個站到TRX。大部分都是中国大陆人住比較少香港人住，得閒可以去嗰度行下。

Well this is the purpose of mm2h isn’t it? Expats are expected to stimulate the economy by consumption. If expats just burden the public transport and enjoy the infrastructures without paying local taxes, the mm2 h program would have not served its purpose. Live life and enjoy Malaysia while you are relatively young and active. This is my opinion.

BEST 係連鎖電器店，係邊間商場買都唔緊要。價錢都一樣。床單呢樣嘢喺 Parkson 或者 Aeon 都比較多有品牌，通常有任何大日子，大折扣比較划算。三四百蚊有交易。日本牌子可以去 Nitori 店
