This is Heriberto Penaranda ,Still working for his father at Tia Maria,his father have the idea of a fast food restaurant,So he ask me and George Martinez Pres.Of tia Maria ,To start working on that,right away we did Scooter Step mother came out with the name Nito Burrito,so we open One On Polk street and was very Successful,the next one on Pier 39,The next one happened to be in Concord and was the first drive thru, Mexican restaurant,in USA,the next one in Sacramento,i opened all of them,i came back to SF.to work in pier 39 in Chics Place then Decided to move to Miami,and enjoy fishing.

I worked for his Father Warren Simmons,for about 20 years,he was a person out of this world{RIP]when Scooter and his Brother was on vacation from school his father used to send them to the commissary of Tia Maria ,and tell me to teach the two of them,to do some cooking,cutting vegetables and many more things,i was the commissary manager at that time.love you Scooter and your Brothers ,Heriberto Penaranda{now living in Miami FL.

If you come to San Francisco DO NOT! leave ANYTHING! in your vehicle. The window will be smashed and everything stolen. I mean don't leave ANYTHING! not a phone charger, bag, coat, shoes, Dead cat, NOTHING!! Every place in San Francisco, from "tourist places", hospitals, City hall, EVERYWHERE has this car break in problem and people have been hurt trying to catch these crooks.
