@kkkeikurono you did not hit the edge because you can't hit the edge with the beater of a drum stick, you also cant hit the edge if th crash is at a lower hight than your elbow.

@condale1 lol I hit both, the edge and the bell...they are awful anyway

Its good quality for the price but (s)he is also hitting it in the centre and the bell and not the edge, witch is the most likely place to hit them.

Just a tip, I'm sure people have mentioned it. You should loosen up the wing nut on the cymbal so that it doesn't break.

@kkkeikurono from the review's i've read, people who also aren't hard hitters were saying that they saw cracks in a few months. i reallllllly want this cymbal but i do't want it to crack on me in like month lol

@themrsunshineyay I neither do like the classic china sound hehe, As I told you before, if you have the money go for the 12" oriental china(zild) alpha(pst) mb20 (meinl) axx(sabian) otherwise trust me...go for the wuhan :)

@kkkeikurono i want to buy a smaller china anyway.. not an HCS. i might just safe up for a meinl classic one. i really want a 12" china or something like that:)

@themrsunshineyay just my advice, you should go for something like wuhan or stagg (cheap) instead of hcs, they sound totally amazing and even pro's use them. the only con is that they are weak so if u are a hard hitter you will break them real quick. but again for the price you can replace em w/e u want to :)

@kkkeikurono my 10" splash arrived today! i'm so happy with it:) although it doesn't sound too great haha but i can't complain about the price, can i? The Meinl HCS series are the best to start with!

@kkkeikurono well, if the 10"doesn't work out as I wanted it to, I won't really be bothered since it only cost me about 22 euro's:) and later on I will replace them by more expensive and better sounding splashes:D

@themrsunshineyay Sounds cool, If I were you I'd go for the 8" and spent more money later on a 10". Im saving now cause I want to buy this 10" soundcaster fusion, it's expensive but it totally worth it :)

@kkkeikurono I'm buying it at a german webshop called Thomann.de:) but I'm thinking about getting the 10" and maybe the 8"later on. I've wanted a splash ever since I started playing a few months ago:D
