I remember as kid, sat in fronr of TV, waiting for F1 race to start, the 1994 intro for 2001 and 2002. Then 2003 with the screaming V10 intro. Then comes the 'slicks' intro for 2009-2017.

Interesting how the '94-'02 title screen was used for so long. I think the F1 logo we see in these scenes from '03-'17 was already used in 1994 on podiums and safety/course cars. Would anyone know why this logo was not used on television broadcasts until 2003?

I worked at the studio that did the 2003 one, I never got to work on it but remember Dave working on it. Took me about 10 years later to realize the 1 in the F1 logo is in the negative space and not the bit at the side

My favorite theme is 2009-2017. Edit: Just been through all the comments, glad to know majority of people think 2009-17 was more suitable theme and sounded like a sports theme. Rather than current theme which seems more like intro of some television soap.
