Knightowl Games is a small but exciting new game publisher, with a wide variety of tabletop games. These are all ready for crowdfunding campaigns (announced as they launch). To pre-fund and get the word out, some games are already available for sale and collaboration. In addition we will present some orginal accessories to assist play in more widely known games in the marketplace. Our videos present game components, theory and theme, and do full playthroughs. Other videos will talk ablout TT game theory, Knightowl Game's process, history of the brand and related topics of interest, including some of our other favorite games by other publisher's.
Shards of Alchemy, Journeyman Playthrough 1
The Journeyman mode is the fourth mode of play of Shardws of Alchemy. This is a mid-level complexity game format. This mode changes the structure significantly from the previous "Magi" mode. In this format, each turn the players will either draw a few cards or buy founts, only doing one of these two actions. The element engine is a player's founts purchased, and eccelerates dramatically toward the end of the game. The score is simply the total value of all a player's founts, plus 2 points for each color of fount elements they have the most of. A great game to jump into for long-time gamers that enjoy economy games and puzzle games.

Magi is the third and middle game of the five Shards of Alchemy play modes. This mode adds a couple rules to the Novice mode rules set, and chamges a couple things as well. Here is the second game mode for Shards of Alchemy, Novice. This mode adds an alternative play, called an "upgrade" to the previous set of rules. Still only about a 15 minute play time, regardless of player count.
