Make sure that you have opened CMD run as administrator

you need to specify a valid Windows cab which contains all the files required during the repairing process, properly check the location and also mention exact location in that command

you can download it from external source and copy it to the system then run it !

and this is just an example that path you need to check before running the command it doesn’t matter where you keep the .cab file make sure path you need to mention it correctly

@@thealgoinc - Thank you for the reply.. Doesn't seem to work for me? dropped the Cab file in the C: drive and ran the command as admin.. but the process doesn't even start. Shows Enabling Feature and then just sits there..
