I just had diarrhea

The doctor told me that I am allergic to cold things like ice, ice cream, cold water, curd etc. Whenever I eat something cold my allergies increase. He also asked me to avoid eating cold fruits like banana, watermelon etc, for a few days ,and any type of fruits juice also.And usually there is a irritation in the throat like liquid type mucus specially in night due to which I am not able to sleep properly.also catch fever in the starting of allergy and body pain but is only for 1 or 2 days. Can you tell me what type of allergy it is and what should I eat during allergies? (i am 16 yr. old)

Just an fyi long noodles are hell for your digestive system, with the exception of healthier ones like buckwheat. Regular ramen, your intestines have to work hard to grind the thin noodles. Chew your noodles well, don't slurp them whole!
