40 hours in and still no luck
Yeah I remember it taking a while for me too. Stick with it!
I think the 2 obelisk (Cygnus and Carina) are not part of Amrine Temple, so killing there or looting chest should not be part of the run.
Can you do one on Fellows of Windsward?
Sorry friend but I stopped playing this game a couple years ago.
I know it’s been a year plus but for anyone coming here late, you can just swim across from the fast travel and skip the kinda long lower level areas
Great video! Love the spooky theme. Very creative!! Keep up the good work!
Thank you!
Happy Halloween everyone, I hope you enjoy this spooky special to celebrate the holiday!
People may have their favs, but Super IV is goat of the series.
@@EgbertnLeo True!
I love TF2
Me too friend, me too.
Feel like this channel has alot of potential. Subbed!
That's awesome, thank you for the support! :D
Very underatted channel
Thanks!
Fun Fact:: My Uncle met the AVGN before
That's awesome. How was the interaction?
@@TWVGH thanks
As a kid in the eighties, I never had any electronic games. A classmate had a small handheld game that featured just one game about duck shooting, where you could choose to shoot in one of three directions. It had a pre-painted background and no color. I was amazed! :) My first device was a PC, which I bought much later with my saved-up salary. I love your videos-they bring back the atmosphere of the good old times. Keep up the great work!
I remember those days of simple hand helds. That were somehow entertaining despite how repetitive they were... the good old times indeed! Thank you!
Its-a me a-Mr video
@@aaronhamsworth 🤣🤣🤣
had to find a short gameboy history vid for a college class and man does this video hit the nostalgia XD
@dovah5342 Hopefully, this video helped you a little bit, and I'm happy to oblige for the nostalgia hits!
Couch co-op in the 90’s on a tube television. Golden Age gaming.
Hell yeah.
LOVE that game!! Your channel is so great! Keep up the good work!
Thank you :)
My favorite game of all time bar none. They don’t make em like this anymore. Although it’s utter bullshit I can’t even take screenshots on console.
Aw, I thought this was a Vintage Mix of old songs! I was lied to!
gta v is
5:10 "whether done on purpose by the designers or not" they did it on purpose dude, they wanted that echo of pre-collapse comfort and innocent wonder if you're captivated by something that is ultimately totally the result of human endeavor, human intent, like an artwork or a song or a videogame, it is guaranteed that the feelings you get were at the very least half-intended perhaps there are echoes of feelings, echoes of times, bouncing around inside an artist that can only be expressed through something like this the subconscious does interesting things. Something as simple as "make it look like a real city" could result in all sorts of nuanced emotion communicated through architecture and design and space and atmosphere that the artists themselves don't even know about done on purpose, yes--consciously, mostly
Also, the famicom disk system allowed players to save their games. You couldn't save on the Nes, so we got password screens.
The dreaded super long passwords, and you better hope you didn't mess it up😂
Me and my guildmates in WoW (which I was addicted to at the time) loved The Guild and I still love Felicia Day and am particularly in love with her for bringing us Critical Role.
@@kmaguire7161 She really helped bring the nerd culture to another level during that time period, didn't she.
I've been enjoying the content on this channel, especially your Tomb Raider video! Question, how do you get video game footage without getting a strike or copyright claim? I'm hoping to do some videos about games in the future.
Thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying some of the videos! As for your question, it probably depends on the game and company but I think the biggest problem you would have is showing leaked content, beta, non-disclosure type stuff.
This mostly made me miss the days of the old school forum. It's just a vastly superior format to Discord/Telegram and all of those apps.
@mazzysmainframe That's one of the feelings I was getting while watching the series, too.
Please excuse the audio and visual being out of sync. It's a hardware problem.
I resonate so much with that conclusion. Hell, I couldn't help but fall in love with old-time jazz after excessive doses of HOI4 and mods, taking peeks into what life was like even in alternate periods stained with that charistma.
Art deco meets steam punk. I’ve never thought of BioShock quite like that, but I can definitely see it. Kind of makes me wonder why Deco punk isn’t a thing.
Maybe it should be a thing.
Glad you found something you love doing! Very inspiring. Keep up the great work. I hope your channel continues to grow and get the love and attention it deserves.
@pianopsychgirl That was super kind and supportive. Thank you!
This channel needs more subscribers great video
@@AnamonatorLive Thank you!
VGL is a cover band, where Tallarico mediocres his way through other peoples work, with a talented orchestra. He has made a career of taking credit for the work of others, and grossly inflating his accomplishments. He is one of the biggest charlatans in the video gaming world.
I think part of it is just because we have so much more today. More games, more soundtracks, better quality overall. It is really hard for something to stick out that way, even though there are so many great soundtracks coming out all the time.
That makes sense. Like a lot of different forms of media we are flooded now a days making those connections a little more challenging.
Your videos are great indeed! I cannot grasp it why they are not more popular.
Thank you! Perhaps it's something that will just take time or maybe I haven't found that sweet spot yet. I don't know but I will keep working at it.
Great video!
Thank you!
Great video
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Spot on. Love that video.
Finally! Somebody gets it!
bioshock will always hold a very special place in my heart, even though the first game came out the year i was born. even before bioshock, i listened to jazz/big band from the 1920s-1940s, and i had a huge art-deco phase. when i played bioshock for the first time around four years ago, i was surprised i hadnt heard about the game earlier because of how it practically pandered to all of my interests. since then, bioshock had fueled the fire for those interests, and now i plan on going into architecture (because of my admiration and obsession with art deco architecture) in the fall of 2025 when i begin my freshman year of college. crazy how something as simple as a video game could potentially change the course of your life
Wow, that's incredible! Sometimes, events hit at the right place, and the right time... Best of luck in school!
Theres a certain charm of the earlier Nerd episodes, and honestly my interest in the subject matter can vary, but overall the Nerd has endless rewatch value and i have yet to see an episode i genuinely didnt like.
I first learned of this game one year ago (I fell in love with a gamer) and I have not been so obsessed with a story in such a long time. Everything about this game is just perfect!
Good story games are like crack to me, i think this game is better than Portal, AND PORTAL IS THE SHIT!
Great game!
Yes!
Great vid! Whats the outro song?
I watch all seasons 5 times per year
I first found AVGN around 2010, and over the years I've learned so much about the history of retro gaming watching his content. From the Odyssey to the Crash of '83, the Pong consoles to the R Zone. I owe so much to James and his way of looking back on 80's/90's gaming.
James is probably the only channel/creator I have never stopped watching or gotten tired of. Still to this day I watch every video (at least the AVGN’s) Every other channel has fizzled out for me, no matter how much I loved them one point, I either matured or just got tired of them.
Bullshit
Greatest sitcom ever made.
True!

Yessir
Really funny show!
Pop! Pop!
his last episode though... still love him though...
