Eh, I don’t know about “they would like to have it again” part. I have a few newer mowers the same size that are way lighter and easier to push around or to be picked up into a bed of a truck. This is definitely a solid piece of machinery and it’s not going away any time soon. But if I’m going to be mowing up and down hills, I would like to have something that has self propelled.

Oh No! that's too bad. man, those things are a fortune now. just 200-300 for just a roller with bad paint. but if you truly love those minibikes, it may be worth it to get and rebuild one. Thanks for Watching!

GTC Torque Converters. we bought it without the front driver because we knew we were going to change it to a Tork-Zilla later on. i dont remember the price but it was around $100. plus another 80 for the Super Driver.

I believe it’s the other way around. Further in is more restrictive and less noise. To be honest. I don’t think it makes a difference. It probably does, but not going to notice it on something as small as a 99cc engine.

We flatten the tires to barely anything in them at all afterwards. Made a big difference. I wonder if there’s a way to lock the diff on these hydro-matics

Awesome! Glad to see people still watching the video. We’re about to get started on a few minis for this years Portland. Man, it felt like yesterday we were just there.

I still have mine but hardly ride it much anymore. Planning on putting a real tank on it. I Like the Trailmaster but I like the small wheeled minibikes better.

I don’t use GPS products for my stuff. No, I don’t know of anything for Buscadero 140. We are not near any events where we live. It takes usually 3 hours or more to get to a decent event that’s MiniBike related. We’ve been busy not freezing after this blizzard has gone by. This video was just the start of it and it has gotten worse. More ice than snow. Today was the last cold day and tomorrow will rise into the 50s it looks like. Woo hoo! I own just 2 running and driving bikes but I have an assortment of frames and engines. Just as the same here on the farm. Theres 4 in total running and driving but there’s about I believe 12 all together in frames and spare engines. Just collecting over time and good deals on FB marketplace or Craigslist. I like the larger fenders for looks and actually keeping me clean from water and mud. They’re not going to stay black forever. It’s just no point of painting them right now for them to get covered in mud or the bike gets dropped and damaged. Have fun with the way it is now.

Yes we did. Ombwarehouse didn’t have their torkzillas in stock a year ago when we mass order a bunch of things for future projects. So, instead we got juggernauts. Yes, there’s a difference. The engagement on the belt is really the big difference that stands out. Torkzillas have a much lower engagement where they’re great for cruising setups and slower speeds. Where Juggs are a higher engagement and require a lot more rpm’s to get the bike to move. That’s good for drag racing and straight line speed. Not the intent of this build.

@@ElijahMiniBikes Interesting. Both claim 2500 rpm engagement. Fatbuddycat compared the two side by side and thought the springs in the TZ were lighter but didn’t weigh the roller assemblies. The “bells” are also shaped slightly different which could affect shifting rates Great design though, way better than a Comet style 30. I’d like to see some more development and options for tuning them. I haven’t tried a Juggernaut with tall sprocket ratios, but I’d be interested in seeing how well it works for more of a cruising setup.

@@mlindsay527 I personally like the stock 30 series for my torque converter swaps. Cheaper lol, easy to work on.

It’s custom made. You have to ask for it. We too, had to ask and take pictures with dimensions of the bikes frame so the tank would fit flush.

Those are 20s. 21 will clear on the ct200u-ex and the all the over Coleman 200s.

My guess it would fit the stock ghosts intake but it would be extremely restrictive with a opening meant for for 22mm carbs and this is a 26mm carburetor. I removed everything from the ghosts stock set up for the carburetor and added what came with the Nibbi 26 as a kit.

I actually don’t know, I would have to go by the shop tomorrow and look at the box for exact measurements. I was just tasked and given a box of parts to hop up the performance of the bike for the guy. I do know it’s a RacerProQuip part for a Predator 224 but also works in GX200 clone engines as well.

I’m not intentionally pulling those wheelies. It really does try to throw you off if you’re not careful with the throttle.

Only cause torque converter wouldn’t do that if it was all clutch

That frame puts quite a bit of your weight on the rear tire and is a wheelie machine with a torque converter. We ended up stretching ours 6” to help keep the front wheel down.

@@dxcenataker you can still do wheelies (with these bikes that is) with a centrifugal clutch and jackshaft shaft setup. Like what Mlindsay527 says “your weight is on the rear tire” makes it very tippy easily. But in the video I’m not intentionally pulling the wheelies by leaning back or pulling the handle bars up. It just has that much torque it wants to roll over backwards on me.

That doesn’t effect how the engine performs.

There’s plenty… *PLENTY* of other people that do that on RUclips. There’s no need for me to do it.

You have to becareful and make sure your decompression release is working properly. We had a ghost with a loose exhaust valve lash and it didn’t allow the decompression release to activate so it made it very difficult to start the engine. It did too would yank the pull cord right out of your hand. I always roll the engine (turned ignition off) over TDC on the combusting stroke then turn the ignition on and yank a good one out of it. Fires right up or at least doesn’t yank and break the pull rope.

@@ElijahMiniBikes ya I was being lazy and didn’t set it to tdc before pulling and it pulled back and having a built motor doesn’t help

Has been doing great. Did some clearing with the mower in the latest video. Used a bigger trailer that probably wouldn’t be normally pulled my a lawn mower to pull tree logs out. Did great!

Could be a worn or too loose or tight of a chain. But most likely a out of a alignment. Make sure the sprockets are straight as well. Especially the rear wheel sprocket can be easily crooked with the tensioners on the axle. We use straight edges for ours and they perfect and have no problems with chains being thrown. Even now with a high lift cam and a 26mm Nibbi carb swap on that ghost it still holds on with no problems with jumping or throwing the chain. Thanks for watching!

Ah didn’t know that. Kinda a useless feature where I live being all steep hills.

A lot say the blue is the best color. If it had better looking fenders, I would leave it alone the way it is. Fixin’ to put some Baja warrior fenders on it.
